The star rating would be a two or one f it wasn't for the manager on the last day, Grace.  She was very professional, friendly, and she went out of her way to make me feel cared for.  The other manager made me feel like a room number, or a person he has to deal with on his job.  I...

I'm a devoted Marriott guest but this hotel stay was very disappointing. The hotel caters to convention goers, which I knew in advance. However, it seemed to lack service and professionalism for the regular guests. The concierge was out sick the day we arrived and no one was able to truly help us except to give us a magazine and...

I stayed there when I was in town for a volleyball tournament. It was clean, quiet with decent food in the restaurant and room service. The deli downstairs had food that was way too salty but you could grab coffee and snacks on the way out the door. I didn't want to worry about moving and parking everyday of the...

If you need a hotel close to the convention center, the Renaissance is literally next door to it. It is a clean, well kept facility that has excellent staff and customer service. It's a pretty far walk to the Las Vegas Strip since the blocks in Vegas are so huge so if you want to be close to the action,...

We appreciate you recognizing the staff as excellent! Next time you stay with us, I recommend talking to our Navigator about the Las Vegas Monorail. It is just a three minute walk from the front door and will quickly get you back and forth along the Strip for less than a taxi! You can also talk to our doormen about...

Staying off the strip is a personal preference, and it turned out to be a really good choice. The Mayweather fight brought a lot of energy to the city on 9/13, but a lot of crowds at all of the hotels. If you want a simple yet impressive hotel experience - skip long check in lines and wandering around luxury...

The hotel is at the end of the strip, so it is very quiet & serene. It is very nicely decorated. The parking was a breeze and the staff was very nice. We had a room on the 15th floor. The elevator ride was quick & the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom even...

We chose this hotel to stay at the night before we returned home after a trip because it is near the airport. It is not in the best of neighborhoods, but that is not important unless you want to walk around in the evening. Instead of the usual notebook there was a small booklet containing the usual hotel "orientation" information...

I present at a conference every September at the LV Convention Center and I always stay here at the Renaissance. At first it was because it was right next door (no taxis needed), no casino and, very importantly, no smoking. But after staying here it is my destination because it's so good. The people are great, the service is great...

This hotel, in contrast with the other mega hotels on the strip not that impressive. However, that being said, once you remove it from that context, this hotel is actually quite nice if used in a functional manner.
