Our trip to Vegas was dictated by my daughters national dance competition. Vegas is not a desired destination for me, but staying at the Grandview allowed me to enjoy Vegas off the strip. The location was perfectly distant from the host hotel of the competition (on the main strip), but close enough to get there in no time. The Grandview...

We rented the 2 bedroom for a week and it was just wonderful and roomy. We were in the Rosemary building in unit 2010. Instead of a smaller lock off the second bedroom was an exact duplicate of the the other suite so you get two kitchens, two jacuzzi tubs, two living rooms which was perfect for my husband, myself...

Thank you for your lovely review of our resort! The Grandview at Las Vegas features suites that have a common foyer with separate locks for each suite. Although purchased together by our owners, the suites can be rented separately depending on availability. This unique combination is very popular with timeshare owners and guests alike because it offers luxurious accommodations with...

The Grandview at Las Vegas was a very nice resort. We had a great one bedroom with full kitchen. The kitchen was out-fitted with most everything you need to prepare and serve dinner for a family. It also has a nice dining area. A great place for a family vacation which offers several pools and a gym on site. There...

We had a good time, the place is clean, nice and close to everything. Great pool, walking to South point Hotel for all the activities you need. We did have a issue with the staff as we called in for extra blankets and two hrs later they still did not come. We stayed there before and this time was not...

We bought into the Wyndham Oceanside Timeshare and received a complimentary stay at this hotel for one week, two units. The lock down room option is fantastic, hoping more newly constructed timeshares are built like this. Community areas like the pool and bbq can get very crowded/noisy and there doesn't seem to be an enforced "adults only" area on the...

The property is tremendous and parking near the building was difficult. It was rare that we could find a spot (we have handicap plates) anywhere near the building. There is a parking garage next to the building but it's a long walk when you're in or pushing a wheelchair. We were there during a week that they were at or...

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry you had an issue with parking. The resort provides the required amount of handicap parking spaces that is mandated by Clark County. We regret that our resort and room amenities didn’t meet all of your expectations, but are thankful that you weren’t totally disappointed during your stay. We hope that...

We have owned a timeshare at The Grandview for seven years. Have had no complaints. Will tell you now that our stay on August 1st thru the 5th. 2014 was the worse stay ever. The first morning the toilet would not flush. We plunged it ourselves, but didn't help. So when we called the front desk....took over 10 minutes to...

We own at the Grandview and have been coming back for over 7 years. The Grandview has the best of both world. The timeshare units are the best in design, and you have the South Point Hotel and Casino next to it. Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize if you found bugs in your room. Being in a desert climate, the resort obtains regular pest control services from a licensed company. We do offer complimentary wifi service in the guest suites and free internet access in our Computer Center. The Grandview is a timeshare property and doesn’t include daily housekeeping....

We had family visit from out of town and this was a perfect place for them. The resort is well appointed and they had a great night's sleep every night.
