My sister and I own a unit in this time share. We love the one bedroom condo. We always book a two bedroom and we get two separate one bedroom condos. It has one door in the hallway which opens to a vestibule or entrance way. Here is where the doors are for each one bedroom condo. They have a...

I used my parents time share for my 21st birthday and I got a two bedroom condo and it was absolutely wonderful. It actually was two one bedroom Appartments next to each other with more than enough room. The jacuzzi bath was a plus! And the washer and dryer really helped. Would go back a hundred times!

I must say I was puzzled by some of the reviews I read both before and after staying at the Grandview. This was our first trip to this resort (4th to Vegas). We stayed for 1 week Oct 25-Nov 1. We were getting married and travelled with family members, so booked Two double suites (406 and 408) in Jasmine building....

We sincerely appreciate your feedback and the tips that you provided to future travelers. Thanks for noting your room(s) and building number so that the CD player can be addressed by our staff. We are looking forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Las Vegas in the spring. See you soon!

We are so happy that you loved your unit with your own private washer and dryer. It sure is awesome to be able to unpack a suitcase of clean clothes when you get home. Thanks for your compliments regarding the cleanliness of our resort and friendly staff. We want everyone to feel like they are at home when they stay...

I stayed at week at the Grandview. This is a timeshare resort and I stayed in what is called the Sage Building (which is the closest to the registration building). Upon checking in and given an information booklet, I was directed to another desk (alas a time share presentation desk). I told the lady I did not have a rental...

Love the units. Clean up days on Tuesdays so bring your own shampoo. Tours were great love the3 hummer to the grand canyon. Food at Southpoint is wonderful and it is a great casino. Love the small pools never saw the whole placed. Got lied to about the timeshare but don't they all. Cost 16 each to go to strip...

This is my third time staying in a time share. Two bedroom rental is actually two one bedroom units. Great for couples who want to travel together! I will stay here whenever I come to Vegas. Also sales reps did NOT bother us at check in. If you're not interested in presentation, they'll leave you alone. I read some negative...

We love this resort. Perfect location for us, we live south point casino right across the street, the rooms are awesome, full kitchen, in room hot tub, washer/dryer, beautiful luxury resort! This time we requested the new building the Rosmary, it was the same layout as the older buildings but with new furniture and appliances, very nice. It was a...

The Grandview was geat, but on checking in and getting a parking pass you have to go thru a young woman pushing time share presentations. I told her I was not buyng and not interested, she insisted this was a different type of presentation. Also, that if I didn't like it after I could leave and still get gifts.. That...

We appreciate your compliments of our resort. Our spacious units with private foyers and location are some of the many reasons why people choose to own a timeshare with us. Away from the razzle dazzle of the strip yet still on Las Vegas Blvd., but close enough if that's what you crave and at a very reasonable rate. Rooms had everything you need from a jacuzzi, cutlery, microwave, full fridge, 2 TVs, several pools on compound and the South Point Casino right next door. They even offer free morning shuttles...
