Check was at 4:00pm, didn't happen till 5:15pm. Requested from the cleaning lady to have our room cleaned. She said she'll notify her supervisor. We came back in our room at 2:30am, room was NEVER cleaned up, so we have no fresh linens & towels and room dirty. Housekeeping said they can provide linens & towels and we have to change our bedding ourselves!!! Front desk didn't inform and provide us self parking key, so we got charged for parking. BAD SERVICE!!!

Hello Myrna, we appreciate your feedback, and we are so sorry that you had any issues during your stay. Our check in time is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, I am sorry that you had to wait until 4:51 PM for your room. Looking into your housekeeping experience, I see that our Housekeeping team did not enter your room because of they were honoring your privacy when they noted your privacy tassel on your door. As part of our COVID mitigation, we strictly honor privacy tassels at the hotel, and will not enter while it is present. Regarding your parking fees, we will be happy to adjust your folio for the parking charges. Had we been made aware that you were in the self parking, we would have been happy to provide you with a parking key for the garage. Please look for the credit to your folio in the next couple of days, and please let us know if there is anything else that we can assist you with.

I was booked to stay at Caesars palace, upon arriving at the hotel valet was full and redirected me to a garage where I had to walk almost a mile to check in. After making another long line to check in the staff at Caesars palace told me that the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate me despite me having reservations with them. At this time Caesars palace redirected my reservation to NoBu, a resort within the same building as Caesars palace. My room at nobu was a huge disappointment and the dissatisfaction couldn’t be described in the space they allow me to write. My room, pillows, sheets smelled like cigarettes, the rug by the bathroom next to the bed was wet which led me to believe there was a leak somewhere that was making the rug wet. Being on a work trip, I didn’t even have a desk to write on. I wanted to print out a single page and was told I had to go to a FedEx office where they would charge me to do so. This definitely was not five star nor anything close to luxury. Don’t recommend staying here at all.

Tucked inside Caesars palace I’m glad I booked here. The staff was very friendly and professional the room was very well appointed nice leather couch excellent mattress and bedding lots of USB ports and large TV

the operators are curt and borderline rude. The hotel does not make it easy to get food from off-site deliveries. They make it difficult to upgrade when other properties are pleased to woo back customers. Still charging $8 for a small bottle of water, when the casino is giving it away if you are at a slot machine. The hotel is so too faced, this one review does not due it proper justice.

We were hoping to connect with you during your stay and tried reaching out, but regrettably we missed you. We are sorry that we did not have the availability to upgrade you at arrival this past Valentine's/Presidents Day weekend. The date that you arrived was the first day that state permitted restaurants to return to 35% capacity, coupled with the back to back holidays; this resulted in a higher volume of travelers. I also understand your frustration with off property food delivery, but please know that we don't allow the general public into the tower as part of our security features for the safety and comfort of all of our guests. I do hope that you will come back again, and that we will be able to provide the exemplary service you were seeking.

Some staff was not friendly at all it took us over 2 hours to check in we asked for Sandals one night and they didn’t deliver until the next day always had to call for assistance when leaving parking garage
