We were greeted pleasantly and the check-in process was flawless. The front desk staff all were so friendly and pleasant at all times and also knowledgeable. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was really two adjoining 1 bedroom units, which was fine since there were 5 of us and we are all family. There were no issues with air conditioning or bugs, but we did experience dirty floors in the bathroom and kitchen. I had spilled coffee in the bathroom and when I sopped it up with bath towels and began to wipe, the towels were dirty. I reported this to management and I was assured it will be addressed. Other than that incident, our stay was great!
Very good place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best place for going to Westgate or to ride the tram. The bed was very good to sleep in and the pool was very nice.
This has always been our favorite HGVC . We are not owners at this property but always spend most of our time at this location. The staff always makes our stays very comfortable and clean. Can’t go wrong
1. Room would not cool down below preset temperature of 72 even after calling maintenance. Maintenance said there were movement detectors which reset the ac when you leave the room and are sleeping. My room faced the sunset so it was uncomfortably warm the entire time. 2. The kitchenettes wood was peeling in multiple places. It was quite ghetto. 3. The only place to apply my makeup was in the bathroom and the light was extremely dim and yellow. 4. The coffee maker would not work. With all the choices in Las Vegas I will not be returning to this particular one.
I travel to LV often for business, it's so expensive at Casino's for parking and eating. The rooms at Hilton Grand Vacation had a kitchen, sitting room which was very comfortable and had utensils and dishes to where you could cook for yourself. I loved it. Pool was great too.
Very clean, modern room with all the amenities. Love the huge tub and all the phone chargers in front of the TVs. Very spacious room and luxury bathroom. The washer and dryer was really a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again.
Very little to no help. No great food options. Tried getting coffee at the coffee bar and they were constantly closed. Room didn’t have basic toiletries, asked for towels, coffee filters, and shampoo never got anything the three days I was there.
They charge a daily resort fee for use of pool because they have nothing else on-site. Really strong odor in lobby and hallways. It is far down the strip so plan on car rental or taking an Uber wherever you go. Homeless people sleeping around perimeter of property.
We stayed at this resort for 3 nights, midweek to Saturday because we could get better airline flight to Las Vegas. Enjoyed our stay. All amenities worked well. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good location near monorail.
Not sure what other studios look like but this was a hotel room. It lacked the elegance that you see when you view timeshare properties. In addition to paying the exchange fee, when we arrived, we also had to pay a resort fee. The drink machines didn't work. I didn't see any activities planned for the guests
