The service for a higher-end hotel left much to be desired. Woke up at 2:30 AM to blaring alarm on the first night, which took forever to figure out how to turn off the alarm and completely ruined our sleep. Why they even have an alarm clock is beyond me, with everyone carrying cell phones these days. When we brought up to the front desk next morning, no attempt to do anything to make it right other than apologize and say they could send someone up to adjust the alarm for us. Otherwise, service was friendly, but this left a poor taste in our mouth. Rooms were nice and new, with nice high ceilings. I liked that it was easy to drive to with light traffic versus other more central hotels on the Strip, which meant it was relatively quiet as well. It's very close to the Wynn, and the rest of the hotels are walkable distance but would a bit further depending on what you're looking for. Food options seemed decent overall with prices fairly reasonable given normal casino prices. We enjoyed Suns out Buns out for good service and tasty food. Honestly the only negative we had was from the alarm clock going off at 2:30 AM with no attempt to make things right. Otherwise, the stay was good and this hotel could be a good place for future visits if they tighten up service.…
I read a lot of reviews for the Crocksford's prior to coming, so I knew it wasn't going to be perfect. The Good: 1.) The Rooms are really nice. Had a 1 bedroom Suite. High ceilings, Clean. Bathroom really nice, tub was nice 2.) Valet Service was amazing, friendly, attentive. 3.) Pool area nice, didn't use, but did see the reserved Crocksford Pool area. 4.) Able to combine FH&R a.) Free Breakfast, b.) Experience Credit $125, and c.) $150 food credit for being a Hilton Diamond Member. 5.) Super nice Gym- really liked 6.) Theater was really nice, big, clean. Saw Katy Perry- Good entertainment. The Bad: 1.) Came in on Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts. I thought all the ROOMs were on the highest floor. Our 1 bedroom suite was on the 5th floor (pool level). Originally I was dissapointed, but ultimately was ok because lots of elevator key issues so didn't have to go as far . So good and bad.. These rooms are right across the hall from the Villa's and Palace rooms. Convenient to Pool 2.) When you come in on Amex FH&R you pay thru Amex. The Hotel ALSO charged me for my stay. Luckily I caught it, and went immediately to the front desk. They apologized. While it took 1 day for it to charge and post from them, its going to take 5-10 days for the charge to reverse. REVIEW YOUR BILL DURING YOUR STAY.. CHECK YOUR FOLIO DAILY 3.) Room wasn't ready.. even though we asked for Noon check in (as part of Amex FH&R perk).. we arrived at 1:30pm, Room ready after 5pm. Sat around in Lobby for a few hours. 4.) Spa said to arrive at 8:30am for my 9am appt. so that I could use the amenities, sauna prior. They didn't open the doors until 8:42am, then it took 10 minutes for check in and changing- thus leaving NO time to use the facilities (couldn't use after). Would I return? I think so, if the deal/offer was worth it, and there was a major headliner at the hotel. There are not a lot of stores at the Retail sector, but nice restaurants.…
The good: nice modern large rooms. The not-so-good: I hope that Hilton Corporate sees this post because they shouldn't sell room inventory they can't fulfill. We got downgraded which was a huge disappointment (no reimbursement). Which is more of a Hilton problem (not Crockfords specifically). But the luxury hotel was lacking some finishing touches. On our 3rd day the room wasn't cleaned despite being out of the room for the entire day. A small annoyance but safe was locked from the previous guest. And when I tried to call the front desk the cordless phone charger was missing so the phone was dead.
The view from the 65th floor was awesome. The pool area was nice. The casino staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The best was the Valet service. The staff in that department were spot on. We got our car quicky when we needed it. Check in time was 3pm . We called the hotel at 4:30pm and the room was not ready. After 5:00pm we showed up in the lobby. While waiting there were dead flies on the table in the lobby. We didn't get to our room till after 6pm. My digital key on my phone never worked for the whole visit. We were never offered the free drink on arrival, nor were we told about the coffee and pastries in the lobby for the morning. Never received a phone call when we checked into the room. The room had issues: stains on the chairs ( we covered with a towel), the mini bar was locked (loss revenue for the hotel, they did open it Thursday afternoon) Also the in room hair dryer tripped the ground fault plugin near the sink in the bath bathroom ( first 1 hour in the room), the door wouldn't shut properly in the shower. Lastly the hand held shower leaked excessively. I could not wait to checkout. This hotel was as disappointing as the New Coke was introduced back in the 1980's. Our visit at Crockfords fell flat.…
Had to travel here for business at the convention center. I was intrigued to stay at ResortsWorld being a new property at the strip and walking through during previous Vegas visits. Very beautiful, futuristic property, but has a ways to go. I stayed in a 1 Bedroom Suite. I was on the 5th floor along side the palaces. Pretty quiet floor but also on the same level as the pool which kind of weird. I was facing the north end of the strip, view was okay. This suite is absolutely beautiful. Some of the highest ceilings I’ve ever seen. Great lighting, technology, marble throughout, and a huge closet. Its features and decor can certainly rival Aria Sky Suites. The bed is fairly comfortable, but firm. Not really plush like other hotels on the strips. I DO NOT like the pillows, they’re either too hard or feel like beanbags. Very soft sheets, so I got a decent rest. However the drapes don’t block out light very well, a fair amount of light from the LED screen would shine through. If you’ve stayed in Vegas before you know the sun comes up at 5AM so this is a big issue for me. While the rooms are certainly nice, the service is not not there yet. House keeping was daily and good, but no turndown service. The service is not quite up to par with Bellagio, Cosmo, Aria Sky Suites. I went to use the fitness center one day at 6AM and it was closed when it’s supposed to open at 5AM. Someone called in sick and they didn’t make any preparations to open the gym on time. Numerous people called the front-desk, they said they were sending someone to open it but they took so long people eventually had to leave to start their day. Points off for that. There’s also a gate for Crockfords and there’s been a few instances where the attendants weren’t there to open it when I got dropped off. The location for RW is less than ideal. It’s close to the Vegas Convention Center which is nice (and definitely a better option than WestGate) but you’re really far from the other properties to go enjoy the rest of the strip when you’re not at the convention center. The closest property is the Wynn/Encore but you have to cross Las Vegas Blvd to get to it, no bridges like other parts of the strip. The Palazzo LOOKS like it’s close but it’s actually 1 mile away! That’s a 30 min walk! Yes, you can Uber, but the Rideshare pickup areas are a pretty long walk outside of the entrances. This is a pretty common issue in Vegas hotels in general but they’re not covered, which is miserable in the desert sun. For RW it doesn’t really make sense considering that there’s 3 separate entrance for each of the hotels plus another entrance for the casino that easily alleviates traffic. The north end of the strip is getting redeveloped The restaurants I did go to are pretty good, FUHU is the best in my book. Zouk Nightclub has some of the best lighting/production you’ll see with lots of diverse talent. Overall, I think Resorts World has a future but they need to work out their kinks and step it up on service for the higher end parts of the property to be up to par with other Vegas strip hotels. I’d be willing to stay again, but I’m going to wait a little.…
The best hotel in vegas! Really liked the small touches that makes guests feel welcome! We stayed on the 64th floor, recommended by tripadvisors. It was such a breathtaking view! Loved the small extras that came with the stay. A welcome tea drink, daily tea and coffee with fruit and pastries at the lobby bar, $25 daily credits for brunch/lunch, exclusive pool for guests and such easy access to casinos and the strip! Loved that we were just minutes walk from encore and wynn too, for the buffet experience. We also experienced the spa here and it was the best part of our trip! This is next level massage menu r&r. The only thing i wished they offered, as complimentary, was simple snack and fruits and juices like the other high-end strip hotel spa provides. We also went to the pool area and it was amazing. I really havent enjoyed vegas like this in a long time ! I also was reminded how expensive pool drinks were too. 50 bucks for a 32 oz vodka cucumber spritz! It did the job though. Also I loved their pillows so much that I ordered myself a set too. It was such a comfy bed. They also provided turn down service! …
We were hesitant based on the reviews but this hotel is the best in Las Vegas. Room was great and the resort was so much fun we didn’t leave. Our 9 year old daughter had a blast hanging out by the pool and walking around the resort. We saw a lot of other families as well. The resort is clean and the service was top notch everywhere which is hard to find these days. My only complaint was that there wasn’t a lot of food options for kids. No kids meals on any of the menus made it hard to find options. The pastries and coffee in the lobby in the morning were a nice touch though.
Front desk Leonardo was agitated and demeaning when asked about incorrect charges. He thought that it's lack of trust when guest simply asked for the list of charges. He even more than once incorrectly mentioned that hotel did me a favor of comping a charge from the Kitchen. It didn't take me long to point out that the charge was there, but on another sheet. The correct thinking should be "if charges were correct, why would guest even waste time questioning them"? Other front desk personnel were courteous, so it could be a one off. Still, this is not what luxury hotel staff should do. Hotel was new, clean, and nice, secluded from the casino noise. There was a system glitch when ordering food on street eats. Two registered guests on a room appeared to cause the system glitch. Food can't be charged to room unless the other guest name was removed from the system. Crockfords' appearance was luxurious, but the service was overall lacking.…
They don't like UBER or taxi's to come to let you off at the Crockfords lobby. They make you go to the Conrad for drop off and pick up. I had to ask for a souvenir key. I had left word it was my anniversary we were celebrating. Nothing from them. Crickets. Palazzo gave us a box of chocolates when we stayed there, Even though Diamond Hilton, was given a pretty snooty negative reply when I asked for a later checkout. He did begrudgingly give me one for noon. I was there on a weekend and the pool was VERY busy. So were all the restaurants. So glad CV restrictions lifted. The elevator wait was never bad. Two dedicated to Crockfords levels. There was a small table in the room but only one chair. No desk. There is coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. That was good because I had no clue how to use the weird coffee machine in the room. There was a VERY nice workout room. Also a massager in the room. Different. It was nearly the only hotel I have stayed at that has refillable bottles of sundries in the bathroom. Makes me uncomfortable. I prefer the bottles with the safety seals. Loved the Crockfords bar. Did well $$. And good pours.…
Rooms on 63rd floor and up have higher ceilings which make them feel much roomier and more luxury. Would have preferred the signature Strip view but you can't complain about a birdseye view of the Strat tower and surrounding mountains.
