Just had an AMAZING week at Resorts World Las Vegas. We stayed at the Hilton. The resort is SUPER clean, everything from the rooms to food and beverage outlets and the casino. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. They had a ton of food and beverage options available. I highly recommend going to International Foods as Vita Latin American. The resort has a great flow and the Casino was fun while not being super smokey. We will be staying here from now on!
My family and I had an opportunity to stay at the Hilton Las Vegas Resorts World and we were pleasantly surprised despite some of the reviews that we read. The hotel itself is gorgeous and spotless. The pool areas are unbelievable. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable and the products such as lotion and shampoo are higher end. We stayed on the 52nd floor so there was no noise. The parking was confusing at first but we figured it out. A coffee maker and or microwave would be nice but that won’t prevent us from staying again. We will definitely visit one of the Hilton properties at Resorts World when in Vegas again. Thank you Hilton properties and team members for a wonderful stay.
Resorts World is very luxurious, & unique. It is worth seeing when you visit Las Vegas. The players card kiosk did not work both times we have been there. We had a very friendly woman help us the 2nd time we visited. The cocktail servers are the worst ever! They walk around with maybe 1 or 2 drinks on their tray. She brought my friend a bottle of water, almost threw it at him, & ran off before he could tip her. Another one came around & scowled & walked off with out asking if we wanted something. Most places give out water to their guests without having to order it. They must not need tips, & I wouldn't give them one. Also, we wanted to do some shopping, & could not find Resorts World retail store. Maybe improve signage, or have an information desk? We are not in a hurry to go back soon. The free self parking lot is quite a walk to the hotel. Wear good shoes. Valet parking is $25.…
My fiance and I was very excited to visit las Vegas for the Lovers and Friends Festival. We bought a package which included our stay at The Hilton at Resorts World. On the day of the festival my fiance was dead asleep in the hotel room so I decided to explore the resort. After walking around and exploring the hotel, I went into the elevator to go up to my room and noticed I grabbed the wrong key card. Which you need to scan in the elevator to go to your floor. I went to concierge to get a new key card, I gave my name because I did not have any ID as well. The concierge said I will have to be escorted up to my room with a security guard, and provide ID to him. I agreed. At this time I had already been waiting 45 min including lining up to wait for concierge. I waited another 15 min and the security guard came over and said to me "Hello mame How is your day going". I replyed " I am very annoyed I have been waiting to go up to me room can we please just go up to my room". I proceeded to walk towards the elevator got in and the security guard walked away towards the concierge desk. I walked out of the elevator and asked him why we are not going up to my room, He replied and said he called the manager on me. I asked why and he ignored me. I waited another 10 minutes for the manager to come when she came she was carrying a pos-it with my full information on it, I asked her why she was called and she put her hand up in my face. I asked her not to put her hand in my face as I am a grown adult just like she is. She proceeded to let me know she was called because I am giving attitude to the security guard. At this point I have been waiting over 1 hr and half just to go up to my room. The manager again asked me for ID which I replied it is in my room which is where we were going. She then said to me I am being aggressive and she will throw me out of the hotel and charge me with trespassing. She then called another security guard. I said to her I am a guest of this hotel and why are you treating me like this? At this point I pleaded with the second security guard if he can please take me to my room. He looked at the manager and said can I take her up. She replied "yes If she says another word we will throw her out" I asked to speak to a different manager and she said she is the only manager for the hotel. We proceeded upstairs and I got to my room and showed my passport to the original security guard and he said "take that out of my face". I shut the door I woke my fiance up crying hysterically trying to explain what happened to me. I called concierge to try and speak to a different manager and spoke to a wonderful lady and then man Gretchen and Joshua Worthy (manager) with whom I explained what happened to me. Which he sent a complaint to his management. (I don't know if anyone received it because I have not heard anything from my compliant). I am traumatized by this treatment I have travelled many times before. The Hilton hotel staff were terrible, I could not even ask for water at the front desk , I was told this is only for Hilton Honours guest only. We were told they only treat people with wealth good. We will never go back to Las Vegas and we will never stay at another Hilton hotel. If you do go to Resorts World stay at the Conrad. Better yet stay on the old strip NOT the new strip.…
My boyfriend and I just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 4 days and we loved it. It was clean and the bathrooms were big and from the moment you arrive at the hotel someone is greeting you and helping you with your bags. I didn't think we would of had such a nice stay by the reviews i read but everyone that worked there was super friendly and helpful. Also i like that they have security elevators so no one can just walk in off the strip and get onto you floor you have to have a key to get to your floor. I thought it was worth what we paid and they didn't have a king size bed like we requested but they got us into a room and comped us 50 dollars in food and room service which i thought was super nice. I definitely would stay here again. The pool was nice and relaxing also. We visit Vegas once a year and i thought this hotel was better than the past few we stayed at. Thanks for having us HIlton resorts world we enjoyed our stay.…
