The Conrad is a nice, new hotel at the impressive Resorts World complex, where the dining and entertainment options are among the best in Las Vegas (they need to be, as Resorts World is a long walk from the rest of the Strip. So why three stars? Our experience at the front desk was among the worst we’ve had in Las Vegas or elsewhere. This was our second stay at The Conrad, where we’d experienced the interminable lines before, so we checked in online with the hope of using the Hilton Honors app digital key. The digital key did not work, so we entered the front desk line to request standard key cards. We waited, and waited, and waited. The front desk is woefully understaffed given the volume of guests, and the staff have no sense of urgency. There was one staff member for the Hilton honors elite line, and she was taking 15-20 minutes to check in each guest. If the Conrad service standard is to take their time with each guest, then staff with enough employees to handle the volume. We waited almost an hour to get keys for our room at 10 pm. We had a similar long wait at check out. That’s the first and last impression you have at a hotel, and ours was terrible. There were a few other minor issues, like water that is rock hard (which is Las Vegas water, but we thought a new hotel of this standard might invest in a water softener) and hard, uncomfortable pillows. Overall, though, it’s a nice hotel with good facilities. If it’s your choice, just do what you can to avoid the reception line.

Hotel's Favourite
I have stayed at Venetian, Palazzo, Arya, Cosmopolitan, MGM, park MGM and other smaller hotels and decided to try Resorts World Conrad Hotel this time. We checked in on a Tuesday and I must admit the hotel room is very clean, similar to Conrad Honkong and Macau standards, front desk and everyone in the hotel very helpful and friendly, valet is free, parking is ample and easy, the hotel is easy to navigate, whether you are a gambler or just staying in the hotel to relax, the rooms are clean, high ceiling, bathroom is big, and even if you are at the other end of the strip, you can still walk to Wynn, encore and peppermill diner is just in front of you. Going to the old town Freemont street and the outlets is also near , not needing to take the freeway, mahybe some suggestions to the hotel management to have free water in the rooms, Arya had Fiji water for guests consumption,. I hope they can maintain this cleanliness and standard as I plan to try Hilton the next time wed come to Vegas, there is also a food court in the ground floor with enough choices for everyone, the casino is well lit and easy to access, the rates are quite reasonable and i hope they can maintain these standards in the years to come, kudos to the manager

I just met up with my daughter in Las Vegas where we stayed for the first time at Conrad at Resorts World. Resorts World is composed of three hotel wings: Hilton, Conrad and Crockford. The knock on Resorts World is it can appear like a giant indoor shopping mall with a mega-food court of numerous different ethnic foods that has three different hotel wings. We got a special via American Express Platinum “Fine Hotels & Resorts” with weekend rates at $250 per night (with resort fees and taxes). This was offset with a $200 credit, free drinks at check-in, up to $33 per day breakfast credit, and a $125 food & beverage credit per room. This helped offset the overall costs. Check-in was smooth and quick. The rooms were nice with updated large showers. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Resorts World still offers free parking, which is nice compared to the nickel and diming at most other Strip casino/hotels. They have over 30 restaurants to choose from, which I highly recommend “Sun’s Out, Buns Out”. Be sure to order the Poutine (French fries with short ribs, cheese curds, eggs and Sriracha Aioli).

Brilliant Hotel. The best thing to happen to The Strip in years. Quality rooms. Fantastic views down the Strip from room. Very comfortable beds. Good hotel vibe throughout. Fast check in. Great choice of bars and restaurants. Multiple entrances on foot mean you can walk to Encore from south exit in 5 minutes, giving access to other hotel complexes. A 7 minute walk to the old school The Steakhouse at Circus Circus. Peppermill restaurant across the road. Walgreens opposite. Safe crosswalks. This is not as disconnected from the Strip as I have heard people say, unless you are lazy or infirm and can’t walk 5 - 7 minutes. Great gambling choices and casino. Really good and different food court with multiple choices. A secret bar called Here Kitty Kitty was novel and fun ….. try and find it. Stayed 2 nights and will stay longer next year. A first class five star experience.

Really nice accommodations but the service is terrible. When I checked in, they said that my room was not ready, even though it was 3:45. They found me another room and when I went in, the housekeeper's phone was plugged in next to the bed, so I found her and returned it. She also left a stray bottle of some sort of cleaner in the room. Stay was fine and the property was gorgeous, but I received my bill with a $750 smoking charge plus $100 tax on that charge. I do not smoke and no one else was in my room. They said that there were ashes on the carpet and carpet damage, which simply cannot be true. They were not even finished cleaning the room when they checked in, so they cannot confirm that it was not already in that condition when I arrived. They said that they had photos, but would not share them. I will have to dispute with my company's bank. When I disputed the charge, they decided to punish me by adding another $1,417.25 to my bill rather than respond with proof of the damage. I'm a diamond member and had planned on this being my go-to place for my monthly business stays in Las Vegas and told my wife that we need to stay here when we both come for a week in July and again in September until I ran into this issue. They have burned my relationship with Hilton and I'll take my 80-90 nights per year to another brand.

Great atmosphere Self check in was cool, but was having problems with the digital keys via my phone at times... Room service was great... It's a nice walk to the hotel if you self park... if you out of shape, just use the valet service. The casino was amazing. Didn't eat at all the restaurants, but the ones I did the food was over priced and not good. The pizza spot was good The rooms were spacious

I rate the Conrad Las Vegas highly. It is part of the new Resorts World complex on the Las Vegas Strip and is part of the Hilton chain. Our room was spacious and well furnished, including multiple comfortable chairs, a bench, and a small refrigerator, and had a striking view of the Strip. The temperature control worked very well and our bed was very comfortable. Unlike the practice of most hotels in 2022, our room was cleaned and serviced with fresh linens every day of our stay. “The Kitchen” restaurant has an excellent breakfast, with your choice of a served entree or a high-end brunch buffet, pricey at $36 but worth it. There were several other restaurants which we did not visit due to our short time there. The hotel is 66 stories tall with a bar/lounge (2-drink minimum) on the top floor. The attached casino is bright and cheerful and well ventilated. It is long and narrow so that it can be accessed from several of the hotels on the property. All along one side there is a “Street Food” area, with dozens of food outlets, each selling inexpensive food of a different nationality; I thought that was great. When we stayed there the resort had been open less than a year, and some options such as room service were not yet offered. Guest parking was free but not very convenient, so we used the $25 per day valet parking. One gripe: Our bathroom provided no bar soap, only shower gel which made the shower floor slippery. I suggest they provide bar soap as well since many people prefer it.

Went to watch the Katy Pery Play show at resort World theater through Conrad Hotel at resort world. The resort world is new and big. Its theater is very big. The Katy Pery show was fully booked and there were lots of millenials there. The show was so nice with many annimations and songs to highlight the musical. katy also share a lot about herself with audience participation. She encored with Roar and Fireworks with all the video background. All in all worth the time spent.

We stayed at Conrad for 5 days. The hotel is brand new so everything looks amazing. Theu were celebrating the first anniversary. The shopping area called The District dont have many many stores, I suppose this is gonna change with time, but it is very attractive. They have a street food area, many pools, and different restaurants. What I didnt like is that 4 of the 5 days we stayed there, housekeeing did not go, and that was very uncomfortable.

Get there early because the check in line crazy. After standing in the long line I was a tad bit sticker shocked at the $600 deposit required. It's a hotel Conrad, not an apartment. (but no problem, ...) Now I get to the room. Read everything before you touch it. The room had a spread of delicious items, but if you pick it up for too long you will be charged for it. So keep your kids away from the snack area or you can easily come out $500. The hotel shower is the best. It has an overhead shower. There's an infinity pool and the weight room is amazing. I got there early (before my room was available) so I loved the fact that held my luggage so I could freely walk around.
