I chose the Palms based off recommendations as well as the ratings it was given off Expedia. We were visiting Las Vegas for my birthday. After checking in, the 1st problem was the TV was pixelating, the picture would freeze. We called the front desk and they sent someone up to replace it. Also, the furniture was worn an outdated....

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at the Palms. The room was so trendy and updated it made us feel like it was brand new. Very spacious for a home away from home for a few days. The Palms has tons of convience emenities on site and when we wanted to walk the strip we caught a ride...

Rooms are decent, modernly decorated. staff was friendly, view is great! Not many people know, but they do offer a shuttle service to Caesars forum shops every 30 mins, but it stops at 8pm, so that kind of sucks. Who wants to leave the strip at 8pm?!?!?

Ask for the strip view, clean comfortable bit pricey since its off the strip. Shuttle services if you ask nicely :) Unless you love lots of walking rental car recommended. Room bar electronically controlled, even if you just move a bottle you will get charged!!! $6 buffet breakfast across the street at Golden Nugget great to start the day on...

Room is clean, but the whole place wasn't as lively as other casinos. Breakfast buffet is a great deal for around $10! Our bath tub was clogged from previous occupants, but it was repaired within 30 minutes from notice to the front desk. Not a bad experience.

Checking in was fast and the location was easy to get in and out of the hotel. We could always find parking close to the entrance which was very convenient. I liked the atmosphere in the hotel. Room was nice and clean.

I always prefer staying off the strip when I'm in Vegas - This hotel was the coolest hotel back in the day vs Hard Rock. The clubbing crowd has definitely moved away however the location and the coolness of the hotel is still some of the best in my opinion. Close to the strip but far enough away, close to...

The company I work with had a training at the Palms. Upon entering the Hotel you find the cheap poker tables front and center. The check-in desk is nondescript so it's easy to miss. Once you get to the desk they put you into a cheap post and rope line. Check in was handled by two people who were totally...

The Palms casino hotel recently changed owners and it is noticeable. The rooms are the same, clean and nicely decorated. Staff are friendly. They did away with a lot of the perks they use to offer, like complimentary buffet & the whole players club changed. They have remodeled the casino and changed out a lot of the slot machines. Overall,...
