Be sure to stop by the lobby bar, aka "Unknown," and explore that unknown with awesome bartender Tracey and her pet 13' female tiger shark. Two neat sagittal cuts present three beautiful sections of this prehistoric perfect predator in glass, steel, and formaldehyde. Why pay over $12M for this work of ocean art when you can observe it for free . . . at the Palms . . . enjoying libations with lovely Tracey.
Fantastic steak and lobster! Pleasantly surprised:) the gnocchi compared to Little Italy in San Francisco and the scalloped potatoes were so creamy and cheesy😋. We were walking by after leaving Caesars, came into the bar and stayed for dinner and so happy that we did!
The Buffet was great at the hotel - stayed at the Plams Place and the room was worth the price we paid but the pool was way too warm and closed at 7pm or not open at all. We used the resort pool once way too loud for our liking. Would stay here again
Great hotel and location! Our favorite part was the pool. J our server was very attentive. Pool is well kept and clean. Food and drinks were great and prices were very reasonable compared to other Vegas hotels!
The Palms is a beautful resort casino. This is my first visit and I was very impressed when I walked in. It feels very open and well lit. I love the shark bar in the front. I guess it's called the unknown bar. Tracey is an awesome bartender and made me and my guests feel more than welcome.
Our daughter’s 16th birthday celebration couldn’t have been any better. From the amazing pool cabana to the beautiful newly renovated rooms to the delicious dinner at Mabel’s BBQ. Not only were our expectations met, but they were exceeded in every aspect. The staff and service are also wonderful. The hotel, casino, rooms, restaurants and pools are absolutely gorgeous with all of the new renovations.
I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Vegas before and nothing compares to the Palms. From the casino, pool, room service, hospitality, and restaurant options - it was all so wonderful! Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Will definitely be back!
Stephanie at the Palms Casino Resort was super helpful in providing great info on the villas, and some great trip advice! She was super friendly and I’d love to work with her on my next stay! Such a beautiful spot!!!!
The Palms reopened at the end of April, 2022. I just spent a few days there as a "staycation". CAN YOU SAY FABULOUS !!!???? This casino resort is CLEAN- CLEAN-CLEAN. Great staff, from Melissa in the buffet, to Brian at the bar, to Neil in security. So many wonderful folks. The two garages are spacious and well lit. There is open air parking as well. I was in the fantasy tower. Again, CLEAN. The housekeeping staff does a phenomenal job. Large bathrooms, with a walk in shower and bench. Well lit modern lighting and back lighting for the room. Huge television and comfortable bedding. A nice chair and desk, and a couch to sit on. Th a/c heat unit in the room is modern- you set a temp, and IT STAYS ON THAT TEMP- this was a great feature. A large closet and in room safe are very handy. The mini bar and some snacks are provided- at a cost of course. There are certain elevators for sections of floors, so no waiting around for that. The pool area is very nice. There is a small food court, and buffet and dining room restaurants. A.Y.C.E buffet was well run- you wont come away hungry. There are specials certain days- check with them for updates. The Serrano Vista Cafe has a great menu, something for everyone- and a nice morning grab and go coffee bar and pastry selection at your leisure. Gaming is plentiful. Again- clean, and well run. You cant go wrong with a stay here, or even just a visit. You can check out on the tv screen , and there a re quite a few channels and movies available.…
What a FUN place to go for a staycation with your Best Friends! From the time of our arrival to the very moment we were leaving, we sure felt like a bunch of VIP's. Our room was a spectacular Suite. Very spacious with a view like no other, especially at night with all the Strip lights. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The shower was huge and the vanity area very accommodating, TV's and sound system to listen to music great! The Palms Hotel and Casino's Spa was most amazing. From Shakira at the front desk to Annalisa and Sandi who were attentive to our needs while using the facilities, they could not have been more helpful or pleasant. There were 5 of us on this trip and we all had massages. My massage therapist Patrice was wonderful. Our Dining experiences were a treat. Lunch at Serrano Vista Cafe and Dinner at Mabel's rounded out our evening. Food was very good and service friendly. I can't wait to return back to The Palms Hotel and Casino for more fun!…
