Although we had a good time at this resort, a very exciting and energetic location, the front desk and customer service lacks honesty and trust. They originally told me what my reservations included and then at both check-in and check-out there was charges added that was not included. Their word was more disappointing than the cost.
Me and my fiancé stayed here for 4 nights in February. We arrived at 3am on our first night and check in was easy, we couldn’t use the machine so reception helped us. The lifts were quick never had any problems there, on most floors there’s an ice machine and drinks machine for soft drinks. Prior to arrival at vegas we had read some reviews but took all of these with a pinch of salt.. we had a fab room with two double beds, the bathroom and room was clean, safe included which was a bonus! Resort fee was something like 37$ per night which was easily paid for on arrival. The hotel is such a good location I didn’t realise it basically had its own promenade with bars and places to eat and the ice bar and Gordon Ramsay’s fish and chip shop. Our parents stayed in Caesars Palace opposite so it was great for us being so close. We had a great time at this hotel and would happily return to it if we come back. Thankyou…
Pool is closed! It's 91 degrees outside and some employee told me the pool was just closed for an hour when I asked at 6pm. I found out apparently they are too cheap to allow customers access on weekdays even though the place is packed. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known. Poorly run! I will never come back. Need to take care of the people who don't want to sit in a casino all night!
The casino was very nice and the location is fantastic. Our room did not have hand or body soap or a do not disturb sign when we arrived. Some of the fixtures, particularly in the bathroom, were broken or unusable. Express checkin was a nice feature, but the directions on how to get to the room could have been more clear. Overall, this was a good hotel for our first trip to Vegas, but we will probably not stay here again.
Loved it! The beds were fabulous, only thing is that the rooms don’t have fridge and you have to pay extra to get a fridge, but everything else was good, the staff is happy to assist and for breakfast I would recommend the Nook.
Check in clustered poor signage Rooms decent decor, NO USB PLUGS. Bring your wall charger. Pillows flat, bed ehhh. Walls dingy. Poor service called for assistance with parking on line states 18/ night.... I had to pay 38/ unable to refund. For 325/night, they can do better
When first checking in there was no one to help us. All self check in. Then when getting to our room it was dirty and we waited over 2 hours for help. Finally checked the sheets before leaving and found blood and pubic hairs on the sheets. The Linq was not willing to give us a clean room without upgrading and paying more for a room as all they had left was a suite. Not a resort hotel feel as they promote. The room we were finally in didn’t get cleaned twice and we always had to ask for towels. We stayed a week and was very disappointed
I’ve read some of the reviews on here and they are a bit unfair. This is basically a budget hotel in Vegas. Do not expect high end amenities. We had a suite and it was clean and clean the bed was comfortable. The pool is loud, but what Vegas hotel isn’t? I won $1400 on slots here so I was happy! It’s a clean hotel and casino and we had a nice time. Ate at both Guy Fieri’s and Hash House. Both were good.
We stay at the Linq everytime we visit Las Vegas. And over the years, its been a lot of times. It's not the fanciest place, nothing too elaborate like the place across the street, but decorated with just the right amount of ambience to make sitting in a lounge area with a drink or playing slots and table games an enjoyable experience. The rooms are clean and nicely outfitted with what you need to have a nice night's (or day's) sleep. We can usually find everything we want to do within a 20 minute walk of the Linq when we run out of things to do. We almost always stay Monday through Thursday nights because we prefer the smaller crowds during the week. But, if you are looking for a party palace location stay over the weekend. It's wild, especially at the pool.
We had a wonderful time here! You can check in your bags before room check in at 4pm and go explore Vegas! The location was…. WOW!!! It was close to everything and I couldn’t imagine a better time. I was wary at first due to the reviews that I read but I didn’t experience any of the problems the others did. Check in was easy and a breeeeze and so was check out! Food choices is everywhere you look! Everyone was helpful and so nice. I recommend 100%! Just communicate, be courteous, and don’t be a Karen while you’re here and they surely will help accommodate. LOVE LOVE LOVE THE LINQ. Will be back!
