We had stayed at the Hyatt Place Silverton Village once before and were really pleased with our stay then. This time, we were passing through on our way home to Southern California from Idaho. The AC was not working in our motorhome and it was too hot to sleep inside it. So we booked a night at the Hyatt Place Silverton Village since we had had such a nice stay once before. The Hyatt Place Silverton Village is south of the strip. It is exceptionally clean, the staff is very polite, courteous and helpful. It is conveniently located near the I-15, the Cracker Barrel restaurant, Cabelas-Bass Pro without the traffic and hustle and bustle of the strip. Our room was exceptionally clean, our bed was super comfortable (we had a ground level room on this visit) and my husband and I got a very comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was included in our stay but the food is mediocre. Nice pool and gym but we didn't have an opportunity to use them. We definitely recommend the Hyatt Place Silverton Village.…
Great service from the welcome at check in through a couple great breakfasts then late checkout offer. The pool area was a great place to relax in the mornings before the Sun and the Heat got hot. We loved that the breakfasts were served with real plates, bowls and flatware. The guests also helped clean up and stacked dirty dishes. A very sustainable approach for the inclusive breakfast. The food for the two days we were there were excellent as well, particularly the fresh fruits served. I would strongly recommend a stay. It is a bit away from most things but for visiting relatives it was just fine.
Ac system works on motion sensors. Don’t stay if it’s hot. Ac will go to 77 if you don’t keep moving. Even and especially at night while you’re sleeping. Had to have things by my bed to throw to show motion in room.
Hyatt is always matching the standard of quality! Lovely front desk girls! The place is quiet but lazy cleaners. Excellent breakfast and cucumber water! Overall we enjoyed the stay. Thank you! Would recommend and stay for next time for sure!
The hotel is very new rooms are clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I have Only good things to say about Hyatt place Silverton . I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay slightly away from a casino and in Las Vegas.
The hotel was very clean. The staff very helpful. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. I liked not having to deal with a casino. I would stay there again. The location was good because I also didn't have to deal with strip traffic.
I only wish the water faucet's on the 1st floor (near the conference rooms) wouldn't run to 30+ seconds. Please try to reduce the duration and do the right thing to conserve water. Thank you! Gerry Walsh
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great for having to catch an early morning flight out. Breakfast was included with the room and it had anything you could possibly want.
This is one of best Hyatt stays for us in terms of location, cleanliness, quality of rooms, decor, and excellent customer service. We were there last year for the first time and were really satisfied with our stay. We didn't want to be on the strip and this is right off the freeway making it quick to get to the strip. When availability opened up last minute for this trip we were relieved. The staff was was friendly and courteous when we checked in and greeted us each and every time we walked by the front desk. Breakfast had a good selection and the setup was really nice. I highly recommend it.
The complementary breakfast was impressive, the staff was very attentive and helpful. Plenty of options to find a nook and get some work done. The room was well laid out with a nice spot to work. The location was convenient you navigate through Las Vegas while being relatively close to the strip.
