I had an especially amazing New Year's Eve stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas. Of course the rooms and service were above reproach. I had a special 4 course meal at Twist in a window seat that was amazing! I also had an amazing evening in the Mandarin Bar meeting some lovely vibrant people! But what always makes...

This is one of the expensive hotels, but we took a plunge and decided to stay here for couple of days. The reception is great and you will want to sit and enjoy their tea before you go to the room. Rooms were large and nice, and remember they do not have a casino in here. My wife gave me...

We spent new years eve at MOLAS and had a strip view room. Excellent view and they threw a complimentary party for guests. All amenities were great but the place is really pricey. It was an exceptionally quiet hotel which was refreshing.

This hotel gets everything right, starting with the location. In the middle of a bustling, in-your-face type of city, this hotel offers peace and relaxation. If you want a casino, just walk a few footsteps to Aria, all within CityCenter. Service is impeccable, and the food from room service was always delicious. The spa is otherworldly. Aside from a relaxing...

We just stayed for a long weekend at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas with other family members for an off strip event. The hotel has no casino, no big restaurant and seems to have no smoking! It was a fantastic place to stay if you a looking for a place that can be your refuge from all the Las Vegas...

Very poor service. We do not feel welcomed nor were we made to feel as if we were honoured guests of such a world renowned reputable hotel. Perhaps our expectations were too high but we were deeply disappointed with our stay. We stayed three nights and not once were we greeted by staff with a good morning or good afternoon...

My 6 day stay in December 2016 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel was most enjoyable. This is a real First Class Hotel. Its' location on the Las Vegas strip, is conveniently near many stores and eating establishments. My room was very nice and its windows afforded a view of the Las Vegas strip which I enjoyed each night as the...

I know that Mandarin Oriental has a reputation and to give myself a new years present, even though the price was twice the other hotels i booked a room in Mandarin Oriental. However, they did a mistake and charged my credit card 3 times for a free cancellation reservation. After many emails, they realised their mistake and decided to upgrade...

During my holidays in las Vegas, I stayed at Mandarin Oriental, Bellagio and Wynn. They are totally different style. Mandarin Oriental is calm oasis and a small hotel for las Vegas standards. Inside the hotel, there is no las Vegas feeling, this is good for some, others will miss it. For me, it was a good start after a long...

No recorded of previous stays in the system. There were three this year 2016. and several over the past few years. Not a welcoming feeling when I have chosen the Mandarin over other fine hotels in LV. Key did not open my room ...had to go to front desk three times.....VERY INCONVENIENT and FRUSTRAING. All due to a dead battery...
