The hotel i suppose was average for this part of the strip. Do book in advance for the restaurants etc, or you will have to queue. But this is probably the same everywhere. Tips expected for almost everything 18 to 25% expected.
Did not provide me with the room I paid for no tower view like I was charged for. When I brought my issue to staff attention was not helped, they said read the fine print you don’t always get what you pay for especially if you arrive after 10pm
Worst value hotel on the strip. Calling the front desk puts you on hold for 20-30mins each time like I’m calling an internet provider. Only 2 devices can be connected to the internet per 24hrs even if you have more people in a room. We had a lot of issues connecting to wifi it would randomly stop working on one of the two devices and say we needed to pay. The carpet and building are very worn down and they’re stingy with all the amenities. The concierge and bell staff are incredibly rude felt like we were being hustled constantly. I’ve stayed all over the strip (Encore, Venetian, SLS, Vdara..) and this is the worst option. Don’t stay here.
I stayed at this beautiful hotel during a work conference. My room was absolutely lovely and the service was amazing. So many fun things to do right there and great location. Thanks! (Date of visit, not exact)
Was not guaranteed the room I paid for and ended up with one bed instead of 2. When I complained they offered to cancel my room and refund me which was no a viable option at 1:30 am the day before EDC weekend. They then haggled me for 10 minutes over $50 when I asked to have BOTH days of the resort fee waived instead of one. Not sure why they were so adamant on this when they gave away my room. The room did not have hot water, we had to run it for at least 15 minutes before the water became hot. The mini fridge had old food in it. The next day they put a notice on our door stating they were going to enter at some undisclosed time to do a maintenance check. Oh and they charge $18 a day for parking, none of the nicer hotels charge for self-parking as far as I know and I have stayed at most of them. Generally you get what you pay for but here you pay for the name and nothing more. I will not be staying here again. …
