My husband is an Elite loyalty member of Starwood, so we booked this reservation out a few weeks before our stay. I called the hotel after booking online to inform them we had pets as they are pet friendly. He told me about the $50 charge and that was fine. We get to the hotel at around 6 pm or...

SPG membership and recognition is extremely important to us and so your comments are taken very seriously. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the confusion and delay you experienced during check-in. I assure you, this has been brought...

After a few days at a convention on the strip, be switched to the Element. Night and Day difference! The hotel was smaller than I imagined (just a normal sized hotel), but once inside you are a world apart. Elegant but not stuffy. Very healthy atmosphere. Best hotel breakfast I have EVER had, at any price. The only negative is...

Great hotel if you are traveling. Great hot breakfast every morning, fresh fruit, yogurt, sausage bagels, etc. Kitchen in my room had full size refrigerator dishwasher stove with dishes pots and pans utensils included. Rooms were clean and comfy. I was on the top floor facing the freeway, not good since you hear the cars all night long. A little...

We would be more than happy to accommodate your needs in a room further from the main road. Just give us a call prior to your next trip. Again, thank you for your feedback. Take care.

This hotel is very close to Red Rock Canyon and has a salt water pool which is great for a soak after hiking. My room had a full kitchen with a cooktop and a counter for dining. Also very close to a Sweet Tomatoes which is a great place to get a salad-heavy meal after hiking. The room also had...

1st time stay. Loved this hotel. Friendly staff, clean lobby, nice complimentary breakfast and evening reception. We got upgraded "just because" to a 1 bedroom suite. Room was fantastic, comfortable, and clean. Close, easy access from parking to hotel. Summerlin is a nice option to the Vegas strip. Next to Las Vegas Cyclery and the bike trail. I wished the...

We chose this hotel based off of proximity to a family event we flew into town for. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. They also had a nice breakfast they served in the morning. Even though it's not close to the strip it has easy freeway access to get anywhere in town. Will definitely...

A good"away from the strip" hotel. The rooms are a little tight, but only because they have more furniture and amenities than most hotels. Right between a regular room and an extended stay, it doesn't have a stove top, but it does have a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishes. The stand up shower was awesome, but obviously no good if...

This property gets everything right. Friendly, fast, informative greeting by Grant at the front desk with super helpful "can do" attitude. Clean and well maintained room. Incredibly comfortable bed for a magical night's sleep and a large floor plan. Breakfast in the morning is real food (with small amounts of the obligatory danish, muffin and pure carb junk that is...

I was looking for a hotel close to my Dr in Summerlin. I realized I wasn't as close to my Doctor as I wanted but I was so ready to relax, I decided to check in. Finding the entrance and front desk was a little frustrating. My GPS told me I was there but I couldn't figure out where was.?...
