As far as I am concerned, this trip was made by Cassy at the front desk. For some reason, our reservation was messed up. The confirmation number didn't match the name. Cassy kept researching until a GO

We prefer Harrah's properties for their friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, good gaming, and for their rewards card benefits. We always enjoy our time here. The Carnaval Bar next door is always fun too!

The sleep experience really, really sucked (see above complaint)!!! Why there isn't floor to floor security to screen/root out undesirables is baffling. Very disappointing, given the room cost. To my wife and I this area was of major disappointment!!

Harrah's might seem like a good deal until you get there. You have to pay for parking. I had an oversize truck that didn't fit in the parking garage. I had to hike far away to park and still had to pay for parking everyday of my stay. You have to pay for wifi. My phone worked great in Vegas...

Location is great rooms are outdated, especially the carnaval tower. The staff was very nice and helpful. There's only one pool with very limited seating but the bar was great! Would only stay there again with comp rooms

Biggest positives: Best location, most friendly and customer service oriented staff in Las Vegas, Carnaval Court outdoor bar & entertainment is the best time you can have in Vegas and upstairs @ Toby Keith's is a great place also. The hotel itself is older and not as new and fancy as others but it is clean and well managed. You...

Vibrant, fun hotel with a great location. From Starbuck's to the Fulton Street Market and homemade gelato, your eating needs will be more than satisfied. The Sports Book is comfy. The machines are varied and the cocktail servers are friendly and attentive. My room was spacious and had a window that actually opened for fresh air. I can't wait to...

Room service was very fast and room was cleaned very well. Diamond club was very nice but did lack short on operational hours. Hot food was served for only two hours, not adequate. Also hours of operation was pretty short on most days.

Great location and clean. Easy checkin and the Fulton Street area for quick food was a bonus. The hotel will penny pinch on every little thing so be careful. Had a document delivered to the hotel via UPS and the hotel charged me a $15 handling fee just to accept the package. It would've been another $10 if I had...

“No privacy in the room. No lock on bathroom door. No shower curtain. Bathroom floor gets very wet and slippery. Ask for extra towels to put on floor so you don't slip and fall. ”
