The location of the hotel is great. Freemont Street reminds me a bit of New Orleans with the atmosphere. The casino is like any other casino in Vegas or Reno. The motel room itself was average at best. Room only was cleaned once during my three day visit. Never had a water glass available.

The Fremont was very clean, the staff was friendly and competent and the service at the bars and restaurants was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay on Fremont Street.

Booked through Priceline and while I know there is no guarantee of a nonsmoking room, they only had smoking rooms available. We decided to at least check it out. Within minutes of walking in the room, my chest tightened and airways started to constrict. Even if I could have tolerated the extreme smoke infestation, this room was a nightmare! Ok,...

Food is very good. Price is a bargain. Service and hosts ruin the experience. Do not visit this buffet unless.... (1) you want to stand around and wait for 10 minutes for a table to be wiped down and cleared. (2) you want your "cleared table" to have bits of food still left on it. (3) you want the hostess...

I recently stayed at the Fremont Casino Hotel for three days. I have received free rooms as a result of comps. I had never stayed there before and I had read on line that many rooms had been refurbished. I was disappointed in what I was given (even though I had asked for a refurbished room). Bed was comfortable but...

Very nice staff and great amenities but needs updating. Had to take a smoking room even though we don't smoke. Was gross but dealt with it. Close to everything on fremont street. Get a room toward back of hotel because fremont street noise is loud!

We stayed here in March for 3 nights and we got a fantastic deal so we didn't really expect much from the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality. The reception was quiet when we checked in so didn't have to wait at all. The lady that checked us in was friendly and happy to answer or few...

This hotel/casino in its day was one of the best, but, time has past and it looks like they have tried to keep up with the times and fell short. The rooms are small and again dated, tubes leak and are chipped, the hallways smell like old water & cleaning solution. When we checked in we were given a room...

We went downtown to play some craps and stopped into the Fremont. I typically only play the pass line with full odds, which as it turns out, at the Fremont is a miserly 2X. I have never seen that before at a Vegas crap table. Needless to say I did not stay long. Even the dealer looked embarrassed when she...

First off, no resort fee is a plus but don't expect free wi-fi. Staff was courteous and nice. The buffet was a good price compared to buffets on the strip. The room itself was decent. We were on the third floor at the very end of hall. The AC worked fine. Rooms are not equipped with a coffee maker but...
