The lobby is very nicely decorated with antiques, room is large, sink outside bathroom which can be a plus, depending upon with whom you are traveling. Lighting by sink is not very bright. No hair dryer, and the small, 19 inch TV was the old style, not a HD flat screen. Lots of TV channels available. Breakfast area small, only...

Dump & prices are ridiculous. Circa 1974 decor, still using old school keys, bedspread had yellow stains, the television should be in an episode of The Time The Earth Stood Still with the groovy tube versus a flat panel. I wanted so much to breakout my polyester leisure suit but Larry took it to the dry cleaners. I did, however,...

Spartan room no frig or microwave . Meager breakfast. Sugar land! Bed was comfy, good shower, no hair dryer in room, room needed some updating. But we slept well and that is what we needed. Front desk was most helpful in helping solve some issues .

Didn't know what to expect, but when we checked in we were greeted with friendly staff. rooms were clean and as promised. quaint motel right on the interstate and close to where the wedding took place. only thing not impressive was breakfast. Not much to offer other than very basic items.

This hotel is clean and the bed comfortable. The binding on the blanket was ripped, which can be a hazard if a limb gets caught in it while sleeping. There is a real lack of simple tools like no stand to hold the suitcase. There is plenty of space which could be used for a frig, since I travel with...

Very nice front desk people. The beds are not the most comfortable. This is a very spartan hotel and hotel room. The location is good. It is clean, but there may a be better hotels for a similar price.

We stayed here after a LIncoln Stars hockey game since this was the only hotel that had rooms available since boys state basketball was in town that week-end. The gal at the front desk upon arriving was pleasant. Rooms are outdated but did seem to be fairly clean. Room doors have a large open space between them and the floor...

The only hotel we could find rooms at, while attending boys state basketball, unless we wanted to travel outside of Lincoln. In hindsight, we should have traveled outside of Lincoln. Staff was friendly, wireless internet was functional, and rooms were spacious. Enough about the positives. Bed linen was stained, there were ants on our night stand (no food on it,...

Returned to the motel around 11 PM found parking lot near full, one pickup pulling a trailer In spaces. I parked across from the front desk in full view of the desk clerk. She greeted us ask we came in. After getting to our room and about ready to get into bed the clerk called and said I needed to...

We come down to Lincoln a couple times a year and we always stay at the Cobbler. Very happy with the staff and rooms. Not fancy, just nice, but what else do you really need? Large rooms, reasonably quiet. A bit dated but you are helping a local business.
