A traditional Suffolk farmhouse with large gardens and indoor heated pool. Valley Farm has one double and one family room, both en-suite. An excellent and varied breakfast menu using much local produce and home made jams from our own fruit. Only a short drive from Southwold and the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Plenty of good pubs and restaurants nearby and an excellent base from which to explore the gentle Suffolk countryside.

Looking for a place to celebrate my husband's birthday with all the family,I found this wonderful place with 2 cottages that fulfilled all our needs. There was so much space for us all to relax. The location was perfect for the countryside walks with the hidden gem of Hailsworth close by.Also Southwold is only a few miles away where we enjoyed a great beach and great fish and chips. We visited Easton farm which was good value especially if you look for money off vouchers found at the tourist info at the Angel pub in Hailsworth.we also had a day out at Pleasurewood hills which was enormous fun for the " big" kids and little ones. There are so many good things to say about the accommodation. The hosts were welcoming, the rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The garden was a gem.The pool was an added bonus. If you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a perfect location with excellent facilities this is the place. Thank you Andrew and Jackie.for giving us a week our 3 year old grand daughter absolutely loved.

Our 2nd stay at Valley farm, last year we stayed in Rookyard Cottage. This year we choose Swallow Barn as it faces the massive private garden area for the children, with a decking area and tables and chairs for relaxing in the sunshine. Both children appreciated the large garden area to run about with swing set and playhouse, perfect for nature watching. The area is super private and relaxing, we were very lucky with the weather so the garden was a thumbs up and also with a side BBQ section too. Both rooms were large and the beds were comfortable, each with there with own bath and shower. Valley farm is in the prime spot to be, in regards to distance to all areas to visit. From the town centre to local restaurants, or a country walk. Our barn had everything you will need if you are taking children, a high chair, toys, controlled shower temperature, and plenty of space. Without a doubt this has been the best place I have stayed that has catered for children. The heated pool was the most exciting thing for the kids, everyday we used this. Where else do you have a private pool 20 feet away and can book extra hours if needed. We visited local attractions like the camel oasis which was lots of fun and not too far. Dinosaur adventure land which was a bit pricey but also a full fun day. Southwold beach and pier are a must beautiful clean beaches and amazing fish and chips. Walberswick is 15 mins by car for an excellent afternoon crabbing. We have made lots of special memories on our holiday and wouldn't have had the chance if for not staying at valley farm. Thank you Jackie and Andrew, hopefully see you again next year.

What a lovely place to stay, beautiful detached cottage within grounds of Valley Farm, log burner glowing in the evening, very nice kitchen layout, plenty of room, impressive ensuite and bathroom, very clean, an overall great place to stay. Very nice host, we met Andrew for our check in, who explained the cottage to us and Jackie on our check out. Well located for local town and restaurants. We will be back.

We stayed in the B&B in July with our 2 year old son. Jackie and Andrew were very accommodating in all aspects of our stay and were very sweet to our little boy. The breakfasts were delicious, the garden with play equipment was very welcome and the family room had plenty of space for us. I think I would warn travellers with rambunctious children that this may not be the ideal place for you as the house has a lot of antiques and it may be a little nerve wracking! The location is great, it was near Halesworth, you could probably walk it if you were feeling energetic. Southwold and Lowestoft are both an easy drive and there's plenty to do in the surrounding area. The Angel in Halesworth was great for dinner, it has a varied menu, tasty food at a good price.

We had a lovely stay in Swallow Barn last week. We had a great time and were sad to leave. The barn is lovely, very well equipped and comfortable. Perfect for self catering. The first night we were too hot but next day asked for a lighter duvet which we was supplied, and we slept really well the rest of the holiday. Even the weather was pretty good and we had some amazing cycle rides. We ate out at the Angel and the Thai restaurant in Halesworth and both were excellent. Thank you again Jackie and Andrew, Rick and Judy
