But No internet, no cell reception, noisy small bed... but bathroom was very nice and clean, they let us in late night. The man is nice but the woman is not really... and the pictures are exaggerating.

There is wifi, it probably needed resetting when you arrived, didn't really think about it at 1:30am. Mobile coverage will depend on your carrier. The bed is a standard double bed as advertised. We'll check the bed, no one has mentioned it is noisy. We hope the pills you left under the pillow weren't important, we binned them.

We enjoyed our stay at The Fruiterers as the bed was very comfortable, our hosts were very personable and chatty, and the historic locale, the wineries of the Clare Valley, was accessible. Breakfast was fresh, filling, very tasty and carried us though the day. We enjoyed exploring the town of Farrell Flat and learning its history, and seeing the garden...

Booked in for a four night retreat here at the Fruiterers. So comfortable and quiet. See photo from our room at sunrise. Garry and Sally are wonderful hosts and make a bloody great breakfast. Ideally located between Burra and Clare, meant that we were able to visit these areas with little time travel. Garry and Sally provide books on Farrell...

Located slightly closer to Clare than to Burra, this is a peaceful place to get away from it all,but is a good launching pad to go to either of those locations. But don't expect to find a supermarket in such a town to buy kitchen provisions when you arrive - make sure you bring them with you. Nice size bathrooom....

An external view of days past, but internally a comfortable, spacious, clean and homely facility to enjoy a stepping off base for the many surrounding attractions, wineries, cafes and the quietness of the Barossa Valley precinct. Lovely, down to earth hosts, also the owners, who are excited to please in every aspect, and who are extremely knowledgeable in the history...

We stayed on our way north to the Flinders. The hosts were extremely welcoming and attentive. Cooked breakfast was included and had many home made gems like the jam and bread. The coffee was awesome. The room was cosy but had all the things we needed. Great value for money.

We stayed here in October and were not disappointed. The small town of Farrell Flat lies halfway between Clare and the historic town of Burra. The room was comfortable and warm and our hosts Gary and Sally went above and beyond the call of duty in providing meals, wine and good conversation during an extended power outage during severe storms....

Beautiful OldWorld charm in an attached studio cottage. Located in a 19th century country town well worth a stroll around. Has modern kitchen and bathroom. Local produce supplied for Cook it yourself breakfast. Would come again at first opportunity.

The room is smallish but it met our needs quite well. Bed was comfortable and bathroom fine. Hosts are really nice and chatty. Very pleasant breakfast with a wide choice from cereal through to full cooked. No noise and easy to find in this charming village.

We had some good recommendations for this B&B and were not disappointed. The location is 20 minutes from Clare, the heart of the Riesling wine district. We liked the old fruit shop and the wonderful hosts. Like the best B&B's, it is eclectic with large open area, very comfortable beds, great shower, and the certainly best for local recommendations.
