This place is a cozy little place in the upper west village. It is dated and rustic as past reviews have stated and sure the shower is tight but.. It is cozy, the beds comfortable, the shower does its job! There is a mini fridge and safe. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The free breakfast is great! The...

We were here the past weekend and the price was reasonable. The shower was a bit small and the free breaskfast wasn't necessarily hot. However the desk agents were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and who doesn't love fresh coffee available whenever. We will be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Hibernation House. It's not a fancy hotel, but it's close to Glacier National Park and very reasonably priced. Our room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was good. The double bed, although a little cozy for the two of us, was very comfortable. One caveat, if you are...

The Hibernation House is not a fancy place to stay - but it did meet our needs. The rooms on the 1st floor have a queen bed and a set of bunks. They are set up for families. There is no air conditioning, but we left the window opened at night and the fan on all day and it was...

The location is very nice and easy to get to...the directions we received over the phone brought us right to the door. A very friendly greeting, helpful direction and suggestion to area interests, a very nice room, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was very good. with ample choices and selection. I will stay here again and drive some distance out of my...

I have stayed at the Hibernation House for the last three years during the ski season. I am also booked for this coming season . It is a great place to stay if you are into skiing. Not a five star hotel, but more like a good Motel 6 type that happens to be a ski lodge. Notice that I...

Very nice place to stay and relax for a couple of days. Bed was comfortable and area was quiet because you are far enough from town busyness which is what we were looking for. Breakfast was great. Staff was especially friendly; some of the best I've dealt with. Very accommodating. We were on the first floor so Wifi worked for...

Certainly a place more geared towards the winter ski crowd, right at the foot of Big Mountain. We were there in the summer and still quite liked the place. It's not the place to go if you want to be in or closer to the Whitefish town site, but if that's not important, then this place is fine. Clean, notably...

It is a great location close to town with all the essential amenities in the resort village a 5 minute walk away. The staff were REALLy friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfy, warm and up to scratch. The hot tub was good and the free regular bus from the house to the slopes was also useful. You get a...

I reviewed this place last year, and it is still just a great place to stay and ski. Not fancy, just a good place to lay your head when you come down from a epic day of skiing. Breakfast is good and staff friendly. The rooms are arranged so that they are on the 2nd floor with common rooms below...
