Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and beautiful! Newly renovated and adorable! Would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was packed with travelers but no shortage of food for my boys and I! The owners obviously take pride in their motel and it shows!

Thank you so much for your kind words. I think many people believe that owners/managers aren't really the ones reading these reviews but we are! While it's important for us to pay attention to all reviews, it's so nice to read the ones that tell us we are doing well. We are a family owned property so we do hope...

I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff and great maid service. Room was spacious & bathroom recently updated. Very clean. The included breakfast buffet was better than expected. Eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, fruit, cereal, etc. enabled us to fill ourselves up before trekking to Yellowstone. This motel is located literally 5 minutes from...

This hotel has been recently renovated, and is clean and appealing. The location is very close to the West entrance of Yellowstone, which is very convenient for those wanting to explore the park. I specifically picked this hotel because they are dog friendly. However, they do not allow the dogs to be in the room unattended. While this makes dinner...

Thank you for reviewing us! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. While I understand the inconvenience in not allowing pets to remain unattended there are many reasons why we have this policy. Even the best behaved pets can get scared when in a strange place. We have experienced door trim torn from walls, carpet that has been shredded, beds and...

Every place to stay in West Yellowstone is pricey but this place was more affordable than the others. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. I will stay here again, and highly recommend others do to.

Great location five minutes from West entrance of Yellowstone Park. Good sized rooms with everthing a traveller needs. Breakfast choice good including hot items but room too small for size of property. WFfi hopelessly slow. Motel has contract with Japenese tour operator by the bus-load and these guests dominate later and early in the day. West Yellowstone is a little...

They are doing reconstruction but the rooms were great and we stayed two nights. The breakfast was good. It is at the West entrance side of Yellowstone. We would stay there again. They are helpful and nice.

We were leary of staying here when I called since it was formally a Best Western. We were happy when we seen the rooms though . They were recently renovated. We were given a room close to the pool and hot tub, they were both clean well kept. Staff were friendly. Only thing we didn't like was the breakfast, it...

Thank you for reviewing us! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope that you will come back again. We understand that sometimes a continental breakfast can't compare with a restaurant where you can get made to order hot meals so we try to do our best. I'm always open to suggestions from guests on what they think may...

Firstly check in/out was brisk and not that friendly. The rooms are small but comfortable. free parking, wifi and breakfast make this motel good value for money in the area. The breakfast is ok but the breakfast room is far to small to accommodate the large amount of rooms here. It has an indoor pool though we didn't use it...

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. We agree that our breakfast area can get crowded when we are at full capacity and everyone is trying to eat at the same time. Expanding our breakfast area is a project that we would like to do in the future. Normally I get great feedback on the staff...

This is a classic 2 star hotel likely built in the 60s or 70s. My room was clean and had updated touches with granite in the bath and fancy faucet. The wifi worked fine for me and I used it quite a bit. The room was plenty big but the hotel was built when rooms were accessed from outside, dating...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Yellowstone National Park is the first National Park in the world and for very good reason has been a top tourist destination since its opening in 1872. It's a WONDERLAND and the Crosswinds Inn is located right next to it. We are just 3 blocks from the West entrance which is the most popular way to enter the Park. This makes us the perfect base for you to see the parks many amazing geysers, grizzly bears, wolves, bison, elk and of course, Old Faithful, the most popular geyser on Earth! The Crosswinds Inn has 70 rooms that have ALL been completely renovated. We are a 100% non-smoking facility and we offer free continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi. We also allow pets in our designated pet rooms. All pets must be registered at time of check-in and we do charge a $20 one time pet cleaning fee. After a day spent amid natural wonders, relax in our heated indoor pool and whirlpool. ... more   less
