I love this place. The owners are so friendly and accommodations are clean and comfortable. You are literally in the wilderness. The lake near by is pristine. And some of the best of what Montana has to offer.

Recently returned from a fishing trip to Cliff Lake in Montana, with my son-in-law. And, while there stayed at the Wilderness Edge Resort. The owners / hosts (Janet and John) were wonderful, and so helpful. John, being a fisherman, provided some valuable information about fishing Cliff Lake. Our cabin was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped...

Really nice place scenic and off the grid. the owners are a pleasure to deal with. While you are there you must take a boat on the lake it is so pristine and beautiful. It is a postcard for Montana! Get away from it all here.

This was exactly as advertised! Our 1-room cabin was tucked away in the Montana countryside within a small, intimate lodging area. The hosts provided great information and all the necessities with a bathhouse nearby, and a stove, microwave, refrigerator, warm linens, and cooking utensils in the cabin. We were cozy, comfortable, and able to explore the wilderness instead of being...

we are a group of 4 people visiting Yellowstone park. WE found the wilderness edge resort at a reasonable distance from the park. We stayed here for 3 days and had a lovely time. Everything is as described and the rustic cabins are a excellent low cost option.

Wilderness Edge is NOT in Cameron, but we had a wonderful stay there. Has simple rustic cabins to large new log homes. Beautiful lake, wildlife, quiet mountain scenery. Perfect! We stayed in the Horn Creek Cabinet by a trickling brook. A quiet day reading in the valley and other days with easy access to Yellowstone Park. Perfect for high mountain...

My wife and I traveled to Montana in July 2014. We knew that we didn't want to stay in a hotel, but also knew that camping was out of the question because we flew out there. My wife found Wilderness Edge so we decided to give it a try and we are glad that we did! Everything about this place...

My wife had found this gem on the internet, called and Janet took care of us from there. The hosts are kind and gracious, always willing to make sure our stay was hasslefree and enjoyable. Can't say enough of the prestigious location - definetely on the edge of the wilderness. 3 mile drive on a dirt road led us to...
