Why does the owner of this hotel feel it is ok to argue or match wits with a guest? Leaving articles behind and having them shipped back in a timely manner should be a no brainer. Apparently phoning 6 times and being told my items have been sent and never receiving them is just acceptable. I don't expect a response as I truly believe this owner doesn't have a clue about hospitality or online review sites. The hotel had two guests on a Friday night. Now I know why. With a rev par of approximately $1.81, I would be bending over backwards to make it right. That's ok Not everyone should be in the hospitality business. If you are ever looking to improve this property, training in service best is a must. Thanks for the moments of truth. Oh never mind, you wouldn't have a clue what that means. Best Regards
