The hotel staff are extremely friendly. We ask for two cups of tea at 10.30 at night they made it without any fussThe cost for the room including breakfast, was well worth it. The room was comfortable only draw back not much room beside the bed to go into the bathroom. Would stay again if ever in this part of...

Stayed overnight at The Pollard on a motorcycle trip to the Rockies. Very neat place with an interesting history. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The room was large, beautifully decorated and spotless. If I ever travel thru Red Lodge, MT I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also the food from the restaurant was excellent. You can't beat the price for this room any where.

Loved staying at this older hotel after a day of driving through Yellowstone and the Beartooth Highway. We ate at the Pub and the food was very good. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Just wish I could of spent more time in Red Lodge, the town was very nice

We stayed at the Pollard after driving up from Yellowstone as we wanted to drive the Beartooth Highway without having to rush back or onward to somewhere else. It worked perfectly. Red Lodge is a very cute town with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel was easy to find (on the main road) with parking directly outside or...

We stopped at Red Lodge before tackling Bear Tooth Pass the next morning. The Pollard is all class. They rip up old towels and provide them to guests to polish chrome on motorcycles or to clean up cars and people on long trips. Was very impressed with this recycling approach. The food in the bar was fabulous - imported Hatch...

This was my first time staying overnight in Red Lodge as I live in Laurel. First of all, Red Lodge is an awesome town, so much fun walking around and shopping, despite the resort tax. The Pollard made my families stay so much more special. My Grandpa, two Aunts, Mom and Dad, and Brother and I stayed in the hotel...

My husband and I stayed at The Pollard Hotel in Red Lodge, MT on 6/13/15. When we arrived, it was early and our room wasn't quite ready. When we checked back, the very pleasant young lady at the front desk gave us an upgrade to a suite instead of our standard queen room! There was no extra fees! We also...

Our room smelled of mold so strongly, that I pulled the covers up to my nose. Room 218. Room very small as compared to the websites. Restaurant was great. I probably wouldn't be this negative if the room didn't smell. I should have asked for another room, thought the smell would get better as we opened and closed the door....

My husband had seen the Pollard when he visited Red Lodge last year and decided that he would like to stay there this year. That was one of his greatest ideas! I had originally only booked one night at the Pollard. While travelling we found out that we would be in Red Lodge a day earlier than we expected. I...
