Very ordinary. Our door lock did not work properly. The advertised 'free high speed internet' did not work in our room so we had to use the untidy office area (complete with manager playing on phone lying on couch nearby). The tv remote did not work properly. There was no hot water or coffee at the advertised included breakfast. At...

Browning Montana has only two hotels. Going to the sun is one of them. It is very cute from the outside and has what we are always looking for, back up to the door and unload. There were benches and chairs outside to sit and relax after a days traveling. We were able to talk to other guests and learn...

Okay. So there have been tons of extremely bad reviews on this hotel. I have read them all. It is in a crappy neighborhood (outside Glacier Nat'l Park) and is well out of date, this it true, but overall this place gets the job done. Let's get a grip here. Would I recommend staying here for your entire trip? No....

Breakfast was VERY limited. They even ran out of coffee cups. Had to go elsewhere for morning cup. Room has no comfortable chair to sit in. Only chair...a desk chair. Unit needs some updating; clean, but with issues.

There is not many lodging places in this town that allow pets. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly and helpful. The room was a little small. The bathroom was great and ver clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. The pillows that had shams on them needed laundering because they were not clean but we just did not use...

After reading the reviews, I was scared to stay there. But we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, it's old and small. Yes it's on a reservation with an impoverished looking town, but the hotel was fine. Check in was very efficient and informative. The room was small...old style rooms, but it was clean. The bed was good. The bathroom was clean,...

We were passing through, extremely tired, and this was the first place we saw. First impressions were positive. The outside is well kept and even charming. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and helpful. I have to say I was honestly very surprised at how much this place was. For two beds, mid week the price was $138....

Bed and blankets were nasty. Threw the pillows and blankets on the floor. The sheets were the only clean looking thing on the bed. No remote for the TV. It didn't work anyways. Internet didn't work at all. Toilet didn't flush without taking the lid off the tank and messing with it. Sink didn't drain. Couldn't sit on the chairs...

Booked here via Expedia in early May for July vacation, no deposit, free cancellation etc. Two days later I receive an email from the Hotel saying that they have charged my card for the full amount ($1300+) quoted by Expedia for the room. I immediately called the Hotel who advised me it was standard procedure. I called Expedia who intervened...
