Don’t stay at this dirty place. Dirty rooms, lobby, and hallways totally gross. Desk clerk could careless about what your telling her. Check out did not happen, said the machine was down and they would send me a copy which they never did. Avoid at all cost

Absolute GHETTO!! BE WARNED The worst hotel we have ever stayed in, smashed cars, looked like hookers and drug deals going on. The room was disgusting: tiny, musky, dirty. I would be afraid to even sleep or shower there. My lady has asthma and it immediately kicked in. Everything even the lobby smelled dank. No refunds, so we ate the cost and went to another hotel. 💩hole!!!!

I forgot to call till 9:30pm to check in, Casey found a similar room and made my visit to the 147th Anniversary of the Battle of the Greasy Grass very unique. Lee gave me the warm and friendly greeting, Miranda made sure I was satisfied and Joe was a good conversationalist. The Continental breakfast was a little more meager than other Howard Johnson's I have stayed in. I was expecting Bacon and Sausage. Even had scrambled eggs in Spokane WA. once. Billings had fresh fruit, cereal, milk, waffles, biscuits, (out of gravy on June 25th but they hade some on the 26th. The building décor is a little worn but it is clean. Kinda like my house. Not everything needs to look new.

Bathroom ceiling was alive... Our first room was evidently locked from the inside, took 3 trips to the front desk, then they gave us a different room, with an incredibly moldy bathroom ceiling. It was gross. Oh yeah, and my mother in law who was in a different room had bugs in her bed. The staff the next morning said, "well, it's summer and there's bugs in the summer". So if you like mold and bugs, this would be a great place for you.

It was disgusting. There were stains on the bed, walls were filthy, there were burn marks by the outlets, nicotine stains on the lamp shades..And if you're over 25 years old, I doubt youll be able to walk the next morning due to the springs in the bed. Honestly, for $180 I thought it would at least be clean.

This location was very clean and the pool area was excellent. The water slide, hot tubs and the sauna were pleasant surprises and they were definitely enjoyable. The breakfast area was clean and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

I was given a dirty uncleaned room. There was hair all over the bed in the sheets, on the pillows on the sink toilet and shower. After trying to resolve the issue with a front desk staff and the rudeness I received I doubt I'll be returning. I did take photos of the room and all that was dirty.

Quiet, nice to have refrigerator, enjoyed being able to open windows and get outside air !! Somewhat away from Billings-proper, but we were able to find a nearby hiking path we enjoyed. The waffles at breakfast were a nice treat

The Howard Johnson in Billings, Montana was a good place to stay. Upon arrival, I noticed a waterslide in the pool area. Though it was an additional $5/day for the slide, it would have been worth it had we decided to use the pool. Overall, the room was fairly spacious and accommodating. A good value if you are in the area. Internet throughout Montana was spotty, but this did not diminish the value of the stay.
