My husband and I just spent an amazingly relaxing and romantic week at Lone Mountain Ranch. We are avid midwestern skiers, both X-C and downhill and were so happy with both our choice of the Ranch and Big Sky. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and professional. We had decided to splurge and booked the Discovery package, which included all...

Our family stayed at Lone Mountain ranch for 4 nights in mid-March in the Columbine cabin. Reserved the breakfast package. The experience was awesome! Kids loved climbing the ladder to sleep in the loft twin beds (would not recommend for young kids). Cabin was clean and comfortable - a little small for us because we had too much luggage. Wood...

So glad you and your family had such a great time at the ranch. Also, it isn't too often we see compliments about the guest laundry, but thank you! When we built the new housekeeping building we hoped the guests would appreciate it. From the sounds of it I think you would really love the summer too. Thank you for...

My husband and I just spent a week at Lone Mountain Ranch and it was AMAZING. We booked the Ski + Stay Package because we wanted to spend the week skiing at Big Sky. This was the best ski week that we have had in a very long time thanks to the wonderful staff at Lone Mountain. The package included...

It's wonderful to read about your experience and thank you for sharing it on TA... Bull Moose is one of my favorite cabins. I hope you'll come back to the ranch and ski with us again next season!

The staff, the included breakfast, the location to Town Center, Big Sky were all tremendous. The breakfast was delicious. The location is just about 2 miles from Town Center, and the setting is picturesque. I look forward to my next stay. Tip: Request a newly renovated cabin!

I'm so glad you plan to return... I'm happy to say we are renovating 5 more cabins this spring which will bring us to a total of 15. We will be sure to reserve one for you on your next trip. Thank you for visiting LMR and for sharing your experience on TA.

Lone Mountain Ranch is as picturesque as it gets in the US. We were here at the end of ski season so it was icy in the morning but perfect in the afternoon. The staff is accommodating, the food is healthy and homemade. The complementary cookies were to die for. Ouzel cabin is so romantic, even came with a record...

My wife and I took our son and daughter, their spouses and three grandchildren to the Ranch for a week during President's Day weekend. This was our fifth visit, although it had been seven years since our last visit. Under new management that appears to be geared to stay for the long run (others in the past have not), the...

Lone Mountain Ranch is absolutely majestic; a tranquil getaway nestled in the foothills of the grand Rocky Mountain range. I spent five wonderful evenings in Meadowlark Cabin, surrendering to the warmth of a crackling wood-burning stove, the peace of February snowfall, and the beauty of an elegantly designed and furnished cabin. The staff at LMR is second to none, and...

This is by far the best ranch with the best service and rustic charm I have been to. The food was superb. The drinks were phenomenal. The cabins and lodge were rustic yet clean, updated and sophisticated. Great ease to ski at big sky and check out the local breweries. Bee Hive Brewery was the best. Also take the slay...
