This was a great location, but a bit rustic. Rangers were not letting cars into the area without hotel reservations, so we felt lucky we had found a reservation for 1 night there. Negative was that we had a mouse in our room, which was near the dining area. But it was worth it

Traveling to Glacier National Park in June, I maybe was expecting too much sunshine or at least hoping for more. The first two nights in the park were spent at St. Mary's where sunshine was a plenty. But then we got to Many Glacier. The day started out sunny and we hiked to

The Many Glacier hotel is an amazing combination of history and scenery. The view in every direction is jaw dropping. The restaurants in the hotel are great (the appetizers in the lounge were phenomenal). And the hotel is in amazing shape for a hotel over 100 years old.

The blinds cover the windows pretty well, peaking would be tough. No divide on the balcony. Most people who stay here will are pretty respectful of privacy and worn out after hiking all day.

As one of the prior answers states, they do not have balconies, but the entire area is so breathtaking, it really does not matter. Do also be sure to book in advance. The lodges fill up long in advance.

We had mice in our room and saw them running around the restaurant! Unacceptable! And they don't seem to care. The customer service at this hotel was sub-par, but I must say the view from our room was beautiful. So if you want a beautiful view in a historical hotel and don't mind mice running around, this is the hotel for you!

Yes you still have to pay unless you can get in free with a national park senior pass.
