This place is awful. It is such a shame because it really could be a great place. They had a small gallery in the main lodge area and it showed what it use to be and it looked lovely. This place was filthy. Paint is...More

We were thrilled to be able to get a reservation in the park, especially near popular hiking trails, Red Bus pick-up and Boat tours! The hotel was charming, our room spacious and we even had a shared balcony. (Faced the parking area, but as that...More
The hotel is very rustic, about what you would expect in a national park. Nice porch outside facing lake. Restaurant is pricey and service was not great, however, the lounge serves great sandwiches and meals at a more reasonable price. Gluten free options are available...More

As one of the prior answers states, they do not have balconies, but the entire area is so breathtaking, it really does not matter. Do also be sure to book in advance. The lodges fill up long in advance.

We stayed at Many Glacier Hotel for five nights in early August 2017. Yes, we had a mouse in our room. Remember, this is an old, wood structure building in the middle of a National Park. I think that critters in the building are just part of the deal. We only saw the one and the sounds we heard indicated only one mouse (it was not like a herd of mice were scurrying about). Otherwise, the room was clean and in good order. The mouse was not an issue for my wife and I. We came to Glacier to see wildlife, so this was just a bonus.
