My grandfather, Vincent G. Mueller, was the original owner of this house. He was a prominent Saint Louis architect and a professor at Washington University. He graduated from Washington University in 1913 with a degree in Architect and Structural Engineering. He designed and built many of houses and businesses throughout Saint Louis. I spent a lot of time in this...

Mariam and Gary have done a wonderful job creating a cozy and warm bed and breakfast. The house has so much character to it and Gary n Mariam are very welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast conversations and a chance to feel at home. We highly recommend staying here if you're in the St Louis area.

Stayed here with my daughter who was visiting Webster University. The location is idea for anyone going on a campus visit. Marian and Gary were absolutely delightful hosts. We loved all the little details in our room and the amenities in the bathroom. Clean, comfortable and charming. Breakfast was delicious both mornings. Can't recommend enough.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. We had a delightful time and we would have loved to be able to talk more with the hosts. The house is a beautiful arts and crafts style home with many antiques to peruse. The back yard and deck are fantastic. I wish we would of had time to just hang...

My wife and I spent four nights at Marian and Gary's home while we attended a Navy reunion in St. Louis. Once again we found that a comfy B&B beats a hotel any day. (Even the Hilton!) From our first moment at Old Orchard (when we interrupted Gary who was rebuilding the front porch) to our last breakfast with them,...

We stayed here for 5 nights as I revisited the town where I grew up. Marian and Gary were great hosts; their recommendations of restaurants and places to visit were spot on. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the snacks were tasty too! The house is a treasure trove of pictures and memorabilia and the back deck is wonderful for relaxing...

Perfectly lovely place to stay. Convenient to everything, inn keepers delightful, breakfast wonderful, room amazing. Hidden away yet close to St. Louis and places to visit in Webster Groves. Don't miss a chance to experience this beautiful B&B

I stayed here for a week while attending a conference. The Metrolink station is not far, so I was able to drive there, park, and then take the train downtown to avoid traffic. There were always cookies and muffins in the kitchen for snacking. I had the downstairs room, which has a bathroom next to it. It is right next...

We stayed one night at Old Orchard. It is a beautifully renovated story-and-a-half, with many antique furnishings. Marian is a gracious hostess and an interesting conversationalist, who made our stay delightful. Make sure you see the window box in the downstairs bathroom.

We love to stay here when we are visiting our son at Webster University in Webster Groves. The house architecture is charming and interesting. It is spotlessly clean and feels like home. The hosts are welcoming but not intrusive. We always enjoy a relaxing stay and highly recommend this B&B.
