Though the architecture and atmosphere is beautiful, our experience was not as great as we had hoped. The building has tons of vintage charm and is full of history. One modern amenity it lacked was a larger elevator. There was a tiny elevator that went to our floor that was a cool design but not practical. Also, they were using...

Thank you for your recent visit and for taking the time to share your experience with us. I certainly appreciate all the kind words regarding the amazing building we get to operate!! I always wonder if humans were just smaller 50 years ago--both the elevator sets for the Historic rooms are very small; cool yes, but tight if trying to...

Wonderful Historical hotel with excellent customer service. The rooms are very clean and extremely comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. Do eat the breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. The cookies alone are worth the stay.

This was an amazing hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! I had forgot something in my car and the valet brought my car back to the front so I could retrieve that item. The building was stunning and the room was so nice and comfortable. The lobby was beyond words! That is the only place I will stay...

I really enjoyed this hotel. You are in the middle of downtown St. Louis, so not far to attractions like the zoo, the arch, baseball stadium, etc. I didn't not like the fact that the rooms don't have any chest of drawers. I hate living out of a suitcase. The mall is practically empty - so don't expect anything there....

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference my husband participated in for work. The facilities are amazing! Upon entering and seeing the grand Union Station lobby with light show going on, we were amazed. During check-in, we were given fresh, warm, chocolate chip cookies that were delicious. Our hotel room was beautiful with modern decor....

I recently returned from a conference held at the Union Station Doubletree Hotel. I cannot say enough positive things, the hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and offers just about every amenity you can ask for. But I really want to comment on the staff. I did not encounter one single person who was anything less than courteous and helpful. They...

This hotel is amazing, easily the most beautiful lobby I have ever seen. The light show is spectacular, highly recommend you check it out. The pool area is nice and offers a warm environment to spend time in. The location is great, close walk to many attractions. I never felt unsafe and felt as if the area is just fine....

Great location. You can take the MetroLink Light Rail from the airport right to the Union Station hotel for $4.00. Easy access to all of downtown STL too. The historic train station combined with the renovated hotel and conference facilities is a nice mix.

It's not fancy by any means but it's safe and comfortable. Don't book a room that overlooks the food court. It's going to be torn down an a giant ferris wheel installed eventually. It just seemed like it was odd where it was placed. This hotel is in a rough section of town but I didn't pick this because I...
