One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Nice room, great location and outstanding staff. Everyone I ran across from the valet, to the front desk to housekeeping was great - friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I would never even consider staying here again for free even. The hotel itself is nice but the staff were the most callous and unfriendly I have ever met. I could go into detail but I'd rather not. Consider staying elsewhere.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently. Great location in downtown, right across street from the Convention center, and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Lobby area bar was very nice, hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. I didn't care for the decor, but that's just personal preference. Starbucks and market cafe in the lobby area, and the workout room...

Made reservations for family of 4 for two beds when we checked in we had one bed;(((. Questioned them showing my confirmation yet no help! Shame on you Marriott!!!! Had no choice but to stay and they did offer a rollaway bed big enough for one so someone had to sleep on a very small sitting area. Room not big...

Stayed here a few years ago, they have done a nice job renovating the property. Did not eat on property, there is pantry and a Starbucks. The concierge lounge is very nice and provides more than enough during full service hours. The property does not participate in the bonus points program for passing on house keeping.

Upgraded to the Junior suite for an impromptu weekend. Did the BBQ package for couples that included a flight of bourbon and tickets to the museum. Surprised my husband and the front desk was so helpful it was great. Cathy did a great job at making this hotel a place we would stay again. Great atmosphere and the ONLY thing...

I stayed at this hotel for business. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The concierge club had decent food and was easily accessible. The meeting rooms were nice and easy to get to from the hotel. The hotel itself is conveniently located near the arena. Overall, a good place to stay for a business trip.

I stayed at the Marriott St. Louis Grand for two nights while at a conference in the hotel. The double-double room I had was very comfortable and updated. It was a good size for a solo traveler but would have been tight for a family. The bathroom was nicely updated and a good size. Overall the staff were very helpful.

Top notch staff and building. The employee's were very friendly and helpful. Room was on 17th floor with a great view and super clean. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Bar with food plus a Starbucks Coffee and a snack shop on ground floor. Valet parking and concierge service available. Great location for Blues game we went to on...

We took the Amtrak from KC to St Louis. We stayed here for the night. We walked from the train station about a mile away. The hotel was so nice. Clean and quiet and great location to enjoy key sites downtown.
