Terrible Terrible Service. After I checked out, the manager rudely called through to make a point of me not paying for my stay. I explained that I confirmed with the accountant to make sure my payment was successful and the transfer was already being process as shown in my bank account. In returned, the manager said it was impossible and...

This has always been a hidden gem of a St. Louis Hotel. Very clean. Nicely furnished English period rooms and specialty suites. On site olde English pub with great food and drinks. Basso and Boundary are 2 additional on site food and drink establishments. Boundary has an amazing brunch!

Beautiful place, good service. Except foe parking. I parked my own car, checked in and was asked if I would like to use Valet Parking. I told them I found a place close to the front door. They assured me for $14 it would be secured underground. I said ok, paid $14, plus a $4 tip for the Valet. The...

We went out for drinks with friends and Nate at the Fox and Hound was awesome. Great recommendations for drinks and he made the whole experience superbfun. And by the way the pub there is the closest to a British pub I've found in the US. It's a hidden gem!

Nathan was incredible. He recommended a wonderful salad that went with an amazing Chardonnay. I love this location. It is good anytime of the week. If you can get a fire going you'll be even happier being here. Bartenders are the best. Do come!

My husband had to be in St. Louis for a conference so we made it a family trip. Wasn't sure what to expect, but we loved this little boutique hotel. Their theme is famous British artists. So each room is themed after a British artist and features some of their work in the room. They have fun rooms like The...

Awesome hotel. Always tidy and the service is exceptional. Chris Howard at the front desk could've been the most courteous person I've ever run into in a hotel. Oh yes and the food booze and location are great

We stayed here with our children because it was part of a wedding block of rooms. It is an older hotel with a lot of antique furniture. Beautiful, but not great for kids. The beds stuck out further than the mattress and we all kept tripping over them. Top safety concerns were that the windows opened very easily and there...

We went for a few drinks at the Fox and the Hound in the hotel and had a great time thanks to our bartender Nathan! He made us excellent drinks and entertained us all night. The place was busy on a Wednesday with an interesting group of friendly people to interact with!

Hello Sara! It sounds like you had an amazing time! The night you chose to come sounds like our Tech Night, which is held every 3rd Wednesday of the month. We would love to have you come and see us again. Maybe you could bring a couple friends with you to experience Fox and Hound Tavern. Once again we appreciate...

I stayed for a few nights in The Cheshire recently. The hotel is very dated - not just old but dirty. Period. There was trash lying in every corner of the room, housekeeping was terrible, front desk was rude. The only exception was Charlotte - she is a sweetheart. By her genuine kindness, she made my stay a little bearable....
