My wife and I stayed here this past weekend for one night to celebrate our anniversary. We had a voucher for a free night that I got at a silent auction for a charity. I have to say that due to the renovations and looking at the pictures online the hotel has done very well in upgrading the rooms. Very...

I stayed at Hotel Lumiere in October for the BOA tournament and had a wonderful time there. The hotel stay went above and beyond on numerous occasions. I also liked that we were able to walk from the hotel to right across the street from the Edward D Jones Dome without having to go outside. I would also want to...

This is by far the worst hotel I've been at in years. Cigarette smell in the rooms, burns on the floor, too many stains to mention. Changed rooms 3 times. Old, musty, dirty, nasty. Do yourself a favor and stay next door at the Four Seasons.

They had to move my room 4 times in a 2 night stay so that I could find a room that didn't smell like cigarette smoke. Every room looked like a crime scene - blood stains, dirt, who knows what! If you have NO standards this place is perfect for you.

Well I for one was very disappointing as this is a reworked Embassy suites hotel not at all what I thought and everyone else was disappointed very high daily rate maybe that is cover for the Casino. Seriously stay someplace else. Unless you like an overpriced embassy suites. Rooms are the same as embassy suites. Had no issues with the...

It looks like this hotel used to be very nice, but over the years, it has lost its charm. Now, the carpet is faded, worn out in spots and speckled with cigarette burns. The pool area is mediocre with black spots on the pool floor, a lukewarm hot tub and a slow-to-heat-up sauna. I will say it's a secure hotel....

I was offered a room in HoteLumiere this past Friday evening as a part of my casino play. After booking the room, I checked these reviews and was terrified of what the night had in store for me and my partner. After arriving at the room, I realized that, yes it could do with some tidying up (all of the...

The room was beautiful and pretty fancy by my standards. The drinks in the mini fridge in the room are a bit pricey. My advice is don't pull the bottles out unless you're planning to pay for them. We walked through the casino and ate at one of the restaurants. The food was excellent, but the girl that was bartending...

The hotel was doing construction. However ,we did not plan on being awakened at 7:00 by pounding, sawing, and drilling noises. The staff had a complete "no care" attitude. We had an 8th gloor suite, and not only were we charged normal rates but a $10 room fee. Not satisfied!!

My and friends and I reserved a room two months prior to my best friend's bachelorette party. We paid in full an amount close to $400. We chose this hotel because it is right across from the landing, and of course the access to the casino. We also called two days before to make sure there weren't any problems with...

Thank you, baileyself, for taking the time to comment on our facility. We appreciate all feedback and please know that your comments have been heard.
