We stayed here to visit the Laura Ingalls Wilder musem and house just across the road. The cabin was extremely neat and and clean and very cozy. Also very quiet. I would highly recommend this place to others and I would love to return myself one day soon.

We stayed while visiting Mansfield for the dedication for the new Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum. We had a wonderful time! Very quiet and peaceful. Very accessible from the road and lawn well kept. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen area with a grill on the deck but also a hand microwave. Bathroom very nice and clean. Will definitely be back.

The cabin was very clean and neat. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could need, even coffee. A basket with a great variety of tea, even honey for the tea, bags of popcorn, creamer for the coffee and ice cubes The cabin was very clean and inviting. Quiet, clean and comfortable We really enjoyed our stay here. Went for a sister's outing to Laura Ingalls Wilder home and Baker Creek Heritage festival. Everything was close by, we got some excellent recommendations for things to do locally from Barb- the locally produced play "Laura's Memories" was a highlight for me. The cabins are small, clean and quiet. The...

My adult daughter and I stayed here at the end of a Laura Ingalls Wilder tour through Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Missouri. The air-conditioned cabin was extremely clean and very comfortable--our cabin had a double bed, a sofa bed, full bath, dining area, and a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee maker, with coffee, tea, and popcorn....

We found these cabins at the last minute and booked over Memorial weekend. The cabin was very, very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best thing is the owners. They are so nice and accommodating. Beautiful place if you want to relax. We will be back.

I chose to book here because it was close to the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum. It had everything I needed for my short stay. It felt more like staying at my friend's guest house than a vacation rental. I liked how my cabin was decorated and Barb's attention to her guest. The hospitality industry could learn a few things from...

We spent two nights while in town to attend the Baker Creek Seed festival. We chose to stay there due to the proximity of Baker Creek. There's not much lodging around Mansfield unless you want to stay in Springfield. We didn't have much interaction with the owner Barb as we were busy sightseeing, but when we spoke with her she...

The cabins are the perfect spot for a family reunion! We booked all of them, and had a great time. The pole barn was perfect for eating and performing, and a great fire pit capped off the evening. The cabins are comfortable and clean. Nicely stocked with utensils/mugs/plates, and the frig/microwave provide for lots of possibilities. We thoroughly enjoyed eating...

I just spent 4 days/3 nights at Mansfield Woods and I was sad to go. First, Barb went out of her way to accommodate us from the moment I made my reservation. What started out as a trip intended to be a long mother/daughter weekend to attend the Wilder Days festival ballooned into a trip involving me, all three of...
