Ramona the owner is fabulous and it was her birthday. Good clean room and really nice. So welcoming and well worth a stop. Small motel with all the 66 stuff around the walls and in the reception. Close to the town of Lebanon everyone is friendly.

The Motel is located just 5 minutes from the Interstate but jut far enough not to be bothered by the traffic noise. Our room was clean but basic with decent Wifi. No fridge or microwave but two upholstered chairs that rock. The mattress was on the soft side. No breakfast but coffee is available in the office. What sets this...

We were really happy to get a room at this iconic hotel not having booked ahead. Given a 'newer' 1960's room we were delighted with the decor which bought back some memorised fro childhood. We also felt privilege that Ramona had stayed later to greet us and ensure that we were comfortable and informed for our stay as she wouldn't...

My family and I were on a cross-country Route 66 road trip and had to spend the night at the famous Munger Moss Motel to make our experience complete. Of all of the mom and pop motels I've stayed at (and I've been to a bunch of them), this one was the most well cared for of them all. We...

I've stayed here before but I just can't say enough about this place and the husband and wife who own it. Bob and Ramona Lehman, owners for more than 40 years, have kept this place in excellent condition over the years, making it a place to keep coming back to. If I wanted a new, fancy motel with all of...

The Munger Moss Motel has been a pin in the map for Route 66 travelers since 1946. For the last 45 years, it's been run by the same couple and their love of Mother Road history is evident throughout the motel. The grand neon sign is indicative of the experience here; it harkens back to road trips of old where...

Clean, comfortable, quiet, accommodating. It's a shame the surrounding area is a little run down, but i found the owners, locals and other guests (most of whom are travelling the route 66) to be incredibly friendly and helpful. Oh, and a fantastic neon sign!! Please donate to keep it maintained!

This is a fairly budget type of accommodation. The general décor of the place is oldie worldie, however, the rooms, whilst not very modern, had everything that one needed. They were clean which is a bonus. Good for price.

Such a cool retro motel...had crushed velvet lampshade and mint-green tub and sink. Felt very safe, and perfect respite for a good night's sleep. no microwave or fridge and few channels...but fantastic price and loved all the photos of route 66 motels on the wall. Will definitely stay again!

I have stayed at the Munger Moss on many occasions and will return as often as I can. I have always found it to be clean, comfortable, and quiet. The rooms are tastefully decorated with Route 66 Themes and photographs. Bob and Ramona Lehman have owned and operated this motel since the early 70's and you will not find 2...
