A friend and I stayed two nights at the Resort at Port Arrowhead at the end of January. We had a very reasonable rate of $69 per night for a double queen room. The place was almost totally empty. I saw no more than four or five other cars during our stay. The resort is an older property, but very...

We were disappointed with this hotel. If it is a resort then our definitions differ greatly. Our room was little more than an old "motel 6" room and I am glad we didn't pay full price. The room was clean, but we did not find it as comfortable as we thought it should have been. There was an employee speeding...

It's right on the lake! Sort of. Well, to tell you the truth, there's no way to walk to the lake shore. The shore is fenced off and taken up by the private marina. If you look beyond the moored boats, you can see the lake. So, don't expect a nice morning walk by the lake. It's not possible without...

I recently stayed at The Resort at Port Arrowhead at Lake of the Ozarks. This is a beautiful resort with rooms overlooking the lake, a swimming pool, restaurant, and lounge. It is a very clean resort and is quite comfortable. Everything you might need is right on site. If you want to venture out for meals or shopping, there is...

The Lake of the Ozarks was buzzing with bikes this weekend, despite the rain. We booked our room at the Resort at Port Arrowhead and while the property is one of the older ones at the Lake, our room was very clean with a beautiful lake view. The room was a double queen and provided plenty of space for us...

Let me start by saying, we have twins that are 2 1/2 and also an 11yr old. So we wanted a family friendly place, a clean place, not to expensive, and had an indoor pool! We got just what we wanted. I called the Wed. before Labor Day. I'm thinking I wouldn't get a room. Sure enough though I got...

Good value. Nice enough, not nearly as fancy as website makes it look. Great views and FANTASTIC food at restaurant! Air conditioner is really loud in room, needs work. It did wake us up when turning on and off at night. Grounds could be kept neater by picking up trash and limbs. Landscaping is nice. Clean rooms, great customer service....

We couldn't wait to get off property every day. Rooms were clean, but very noisy in hallways and air condition kept us up all night with noise and blowing drapes. Food was not good and the customer service at the diner was horrible. The never checked on you, you would have to go up and ask them for anything. At...
