Nice large room, good check in. Stayed here on business. Within walking distance to numerous restaurants. Right in the heart of downtown. Very helpful staff. Would stay here again if I have another trip to Kansas City.

There are 2 towers to this Marriott, which I discovered AFTER I checked-in. The Main Tower is more my style. More modern, with the fancy electronic elevator system to select your floor to assign which elevator to take. GREAT little Coffee Shop in the Lobby I was initially given a room in the Muelbach Tower, which wasn't as easy to...

This property has been around for a while. It looks as though it was recently updated. The lobby looks rather modern and so is the remodeling of the rooms. This is a great hotel to go to the convention or to hang out in the downtown area. The room is pretty spacious and the space allocated for the bathroom is...

Thank you for your feedback and recommendation. We did recently renovate our public areas and meeting rooms in both towers. We have an upcoming guest room renovation that will be starting in 2016. Extra outlets are one of the items we will be adding to our guest rooms. I have notified our team that is overseeing our renovation of your...

Immediately upon check-in, the miniscule desk clerk (Rose I think) told me my Associate Rate discount form (which I had since my father works for Marriott) was not valid for the 3 rooms I booked, which I know since I worked for Marriott myself for 8 years. When I explained a friend who was taking one of the rooms had...

Overall my stay at this Marriott was ok, but as you will find below, some simple luxuries, that as traveler I have been accustomed to, were not present or lacking. First, the pros, hotel was situated in a nice location, walking distance from the leisure district here in KC. Hotel had a full service bar and restaurant, that served above...

Employees were friendly, room was clean, but there was a weird smell - not sure if smoke or just really stale smelling. Anyway, make sure you find out which tower you will be in - the Muelbach tower is kind of a pain to get to - have to take the main elevators up to the second floor, then walk...

Stayed here for a wedding in downtown Kansas City last weekend. Check in was easy. Staff very kind. The room was very nice as well as clean. Breakfast is normally "just breakfast." But somehow the Marriott chef created a breakfast that outshines any I've had at a Marriott property. Congratulations to the kitchen team! The only glitch in our stayed...

Very nice hotel, the lobby is open and comfortable yet has a cozy feel to it. Check in was fast as I had used the Marriott App to "pre" check in.
