I would echo everything everyone else has said about what a great place this is. And special kudos to Elvira, who is really something special. Her cooking was just delicious. We had 3 absolutely lovely days here. The other guests were friendly and respectful. I do have to

What a lovely place. It was just what we needed as a couple getting away for a slow week by the beach. It was the perfect combination of being relaxed and move at your own pace, but have the essentials taken-care of without getting in our way. Elvira and Eduardo were warm and

Michelle, thanks for your kind words. Just wanted to share these with you (in response): ...as I lounge here just feet away from the pacific ocean, waves crashing, the sun readying to set, i must tell you that this is EXACTLY the vacation i wanted for 12 members of my family, and myself. We have beauty, we have natural materials, we have a fabulous pool for all ages: we have privacy!! The meals have been wonderful for all of us! From 5 years old to 80. Your staff is charming and so helpful. When my daughter Michelle first sent me your website, i told her it was too expensive. But now that we have been here, i am never going back to that Zihuatenajo condo filled with old people who complained about my grandchildren making noise in the pool. Thank you so much for accommodating us all. I hope to be back soon. Arlene Bronx, New York

We booked Casa Viva last minute and when we arrived we weren't quite sure what to make of it. The pool area is immediately beautiful and welcoming with a great view of the amazing beach, but we had the casita near the road. It was nice, but spartan with little in the way of
