Alright, I'm a little biased, but we have been coming to Posada de los Raqueros for the last 10 years, which ought to say something about the property, its management, and the setting in general. With regard to the property: this is a unique place with a common "casa grande" where the daily breakfast is provided, impromptu socializing occurs, and...

This time was our second visit to Raqueros. Both times were memorable visits. This most recent time was for a week in January - a pleasant escape from the cold of central Mexico. The genial manager, Eva, met us upon arrival and showed us to our room. She checked back with us to find out about any special wants and...

Our relaxing time began as soon as we arrived in Raqueros. We were shown to the casita "Mariposa" by the very friendly and ever smiling Eva, the resident manager of Raqueros. We were invited to get ourselves organised before we were to come to the beach for the late afternoon ritual of watching the sun go down over the beautiful...

1. Great beach! Raqueros sits on one of Mexico’s finest beaches—Manzanillo Bay. Just a few steps from your room and you are standing in the sand or splashing in the warm waters of the Pacific (water temp in the mid-80s). A beautiful tranquil beach where you can sit beneath a palapa and enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful seashore, lie...

If tranquillity is what you are looking for……look no further. This place has it! Eva, the property manager went out of her way to make us feel very comfortable. You can prepare your own meals as their kitchen is open for use but we were very happy to walk next door at Eden hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinners, where...

This was a great weeklong destination for a group of 9 of us from the cooler December elevations. Friendly Eva made the stay very welcoming and fun from start to finish. Good coffee and toast was offered daily and the kitchen was accessible for our use as well. We had nice warm weather and our senses became tuned to the...

Swimming in the ocean steps from our casita, watching gorgeous sunsets every night on the beach, reading our books under our beachside palapa while sipping a cerveza….our stay at Posada de los Raqueros was exactly what we were looking for. The perfectly sized arc of Playa Manzanillo usually had only a few people walking on it or swimming in the...

My husband and I spend the better part of 2 weeks here every year. We look forward to hanging out in this gorgeous place and enjoying the friendly and personal atmosphere. Raqueros is right on the beach and the beach is on a small, intimate bay. The water is warm and inviting. It is great for swimming and there is...

Just returned from a 4 day/3 night stay at La Posada de los Raqueros and can't wait to go back! This is a wonderful small (5 rooms) B&B on the most beautiful section of beach in the Troncones area. Located on a small bay, the hotel is just a few Kms past the town of Troncones. We chose this area...

We stayed in Casita de la Mariposa for seven nights at this hotel. The casita has great space, bed is comfortable, it's well-lit (by sun and lights), is kept very clean and the outdoor, tiled kitchenette offers a unique venue to make and have meals. The beach is very, very nice. The sand is soft, the bay feels private despite...

We are happy to read your positive reviews of your stay at our Posada. We can say that we appreciate your remarks and have taken steps to correct these.
