We stayed at the hostel for two nights and I wish I could have stayed longer! Tom is a great host, clean nice rooms, great shower and definitely the coldest beer in Troncones! Make sure you like dogs because they have two wonderful pups who made our stay even that much better :) we will be back!

My sister and I took a last minute getaway to Troncones, Mexico in February 2016. We literally booked the day before because our first choice was already booked up. We are both seasoned travelers in our late 40's/early 50's (not exactly spring chickens) but decided we could rough it in a hostel for just a few nights, and worst case...

We are a family of 4 from NZ who had a great 6 day stay. Tom, Phil & Suze & Miguel made us very welcome. We stayed in Casa Colibri a perfect size for us. Our kidsv12 &'8 years had a ball. Whilst the guests were younger than us everyone got on well. Location of our casa was right below...

This place rocks! Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful views , miles of gorgeous beaches ,great restaurants . They keep the beer cold and well stocked, will definitely be back! good place to link up with other surfers/ travelers.

Stayed in the new, larger luxury tent for two weeks. Absolutely brilliant! Upgrades from last time a year ago; Better appliances in common kitchen area, strategically placed hammocks and plant irrigation system. TPH has great staff and wonderful volunteers. Phil and Suze very helpful. Mateo and Maya the dogs are fun to hang with. I will be back again. Thanks...

Whats the point? Troncones Point Hostel. Toms place made me feel like at home. Nice surf and awesome place to hang around. For singles, couples and families. You should definitely pass by to have a look when you're around.
