We stayed at Playa Escondida several years ago when we had an extra night before moving in to our villa in Sayulita. We now return each year for dinner/lunch so we can enjoy this magical place. We would like to stay there again but travel with a service dog which is not permitted. This is truly a unique 5* resort...

This is a place to relax and just be. Everything is super clean. We always felt safe. The great staff made sure everything was taken care of and always available for questions. The food is really good. We had massages that were excellent. It was nice to hear the ocean while having one. The pools are fun. A quiet retreat...

Beautiful resort and very private. Excellent for those seeking a true boutique experience with staff that go the extra mile. We loved every minute of it. Tip - spurge for ocean front view. It is clean, safe and very rustic-chic. The plants everywhere and palm trees make this feel like a hidden gem. Close taxi ride -5 min- to Sayulita....

I went to Playa Escondida with a friend and although it's more of a place for couples we adored it! The beach is amazing as it doesn't have many people and the hotel has the friendliest staff ever. We rented golf karts one day and went to the city beach and Los Muertes beach it was a fun trip and...

An absolute paradise. Stunning views, great food and wonderful staff. We stayed in Sol 3. From the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well by the staff. They will go out of their way to accomodate your needs. A few staff members found out it was my birthday and went out of their way to get a cake and...

I almost don't want to give it up here how cool this place is because I want it for myself. Sensually stunning, just my kind of place. Staff is wonderful and make sure you want for nothing. Love that there are no phones or tv's. Took me back to a time when everything was easier... Will be making plans soon...

This hotel with bar and restaurant is in Sayulita only 10 minutes from Downtown. We had dinner there with friends. The lobster salad was outstanding, definitely a full meal. I enjoyed the spring rolls as well. The ambiance is very warm, peaceful and romantic. The restaurant is imbedded around the gorgeous pool area with infinity pool on the hillside. We...

This is one of the best vacations I have had in a long time. Good people, good price, good food, good place. Everything was just perfect and the hotel goes out of their way to make sure it is. My husband and I cannot wait to get back to this incredible slice of heaven.

Fabulous resort!!! Reminds me of the Beverly Hills Hotel Bungalows meets Robenson Crusoe! Amazing location, staff, rooms with four poster beds & outdoor showers, two pools, jacuzzi... lots of room to spread out. If you're looking for privacy, no problem. Impromptu afternoon party at the beach bar? It happened!!! My favorite was breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking the...
