We looooved our Yoga classes. We took the 21 day challenge and stuck to it. The teachers all have 10+ years of teaching experience and are truly devoted to their students. Their background is all different and so is their practice (Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga...) so we learned something new everyday. We don't usually sweat much but we we're drenched after... More

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 5 night stay at Paraiso Yoga. The bungalows are clean and beautifully decorated. We loved that they are surrounded by beautiful trees which makes you feel like you're in the middle of the jungle despite only being a 4 minute walk to the beach. A really great, safe and quiet place to... More

We had the most amazing stay at Yoga Paraiso the last week of August. It was a girls trip and we went to surf, do yoga, and relax, and this was the perfect place to stay. I went with my girlfriend and we stayed in the larger bungalow with two beds and a private bath. The whole property was gorgeous,... More

I stayed here for a week in June. I had a fantastic week. The place is nice and quiet, green, and beautiful. The room was clean and carefully made up. The kitchen/lounge are was very comfortable. Also, there were unlimited free mangoes since they were ripe and falling from the trees. The best part of all was the people. I... More

My fiancée and I found Paraiso Yoga because we were just looking for yoga classes while in Sayulita. Finding out that they also had bungalows for rent on a night-by-night basis was the best surprise to us on our entire trip there. We had looked at several different hostels all over Sayulita, all of which were dingy and overpriced. We... More

Nara is an amazing teacher and her classes are all superb! This is the best place to practice yoga in Sayulita and highly recommend for all level yogis! The yoga classes definitely helped me after my paddle boarding sessions and made my trip all the more relaxing and fun filled. The other teachers were personable and likable and were able... More

I had the great pleasure of both teaching & taking yoga classes at Paraiso yoga. The shala is a lovely little oasis, surrounded by luscious greenery. It is a really lovely place to practice yoga. There are also fantastic therapists working at the centre - I experienced amazing physio sessions there. The quality of the yoga teaching that I received... More

I did not stay here but came for yoga and I have to say that I really enjoyed Nara's classes. She knows what she is doing; she is fun and demanding in a good way. I did visit other yoga places too but found this the best for me. I can highly recommend Nara's if you're around. They made my... More

I loved staying here! Nara is a great host, very direct and to the point, and easy to work with. Do not expect to be catered to, though. You are treated with respect here, and are quite autonomous. Just be respectful when there are yoga classes or massages in session. There are three bungalows, and my 1-bed room was perfect.... More

I loved my stay at Paraiso! The location is perfect, just a couple minutes from the middle of Sayulita and the beach. It's so peaceful and perfect for those looking to relax. Nara is an amazing yoga teacher who was so helpful, kind, and welcoming. She also gives the most fantastic thai massages. You must stay here!

“The larger room has a private full bath and two queen beds, and it is about 10 or 20 more a night. The other two bungalows have one queen size bed and private baths but they are outside of the room itself. It is not a luxury resort, but if you want a quiet beautiful and authentic experience, along with all amenities needed, and a lovely intimate beach/jungle/yoga setting, you will be happy here. No AC but the fans and mosquito nets plus lots of windows kept us comfy.”
