The people that run this accommodation are very pleasant and they make a great breakfast. The room was alright, but the shower was terrible. When my friend was in the middle of her shower it went really cold suddenly when another person started their shower. The walls are pretty thin. There was a problem with the toilet too. In my...

The accomodation was quite basic, but very clean and everything you would need provided. Pearl and Edna are so helpful and provide a lovely breakfast with homemade bread and preserves. It`s a shame that they are either closing or selling this year as this is reasonable price.

this B&B at the crossroads is a great location.....easy access to the Viking sites as well as the town of St. Anthony. Our room was clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the ladies a delight. Certainly a good place to set up headquarters if staying more than one night.

Had a very pleasant stay here with typical Newf hospitality, Stayed in the B&B. Rooms were functional - great value for money though. Excellent breakfast, and excellent conversation. Being a wee bit out of town, it's nice & quiet, and a bit more convenient to L'Anse aux meadows. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 night in July 2015. Rooms are small and simple but clean. There is a common area and guest are free to spend time there. The staff there are friendly and serve a nice made to order breakfast. The stay was inexpensive at $85 per night, tax included.

Nice folks, very accommodating. Not fancy, just comfortable with needs met. Full breakfast. "FOR SALE" sign was in from the yard as we left, if you are interested in a new venture. Drive to St Anthony's and other areas is reasonable and very scenic. Family friendly. We visited off-season and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet.

We called looking for B & B acomodations in St. Anthony on short notice. We were 2 couples and were quoted $129 for the 2 bedroom cottage. When we arrived we were charged an extra $10 per person for the second couple. When we asked about the breakfast we were told it doesn't come with the cottage. When shown their...

You simply do not stay here if you want modern decor and fancy finishings. You do, however, stay here if you want a traditional Newfoundland experience and genuine customer service. The B&B is a family affair and we learned the whole family's story. We loved to hear all about the people that help to run it and the commitment that...

We stayed at this location in early July 2013. We stayed in the cottage not the B&B. The location was a bit inconvienient for any sightseeing/shopping/eating in St. Anthony but was good for visiting L'anse aux Meadows/Saint Lunaire/Raleigh areas. The cottage was clean and reasonably comfortable. Furnishings were a bit mismatched but were in good shape and serviceable. All applicances...

“All rooms would be quiet due to location.”

“The rooms are similar. Room #1 is wheelchair accessible - so this makes it bigger. It seems a little more private as well, since it is off of the hallway and not off of the living room. Room #4 is more private than Room #2, #3 and #5. #2 is right next to a main entrance so I feel it would be annoying to hear the door slamming all the time. Ask for the 2 bedroom cottage, more private and a better bang for your dollar!”
