We read the reviews from trip advisor before contacting Doreen about staying for 1 night as we were going to the nearby Hilden Beer and Music festival. The reviews were excellent and our experience lived up to our expectations. We were greeted with a lovely welcome by Doreen who couldn't do enough for us giving us the self catering bungalow...

'We were fortunate to spend our first three days in Ireland at Brian and Doreen's beautiful country home. It topped our list of B&B's. We had a spacious, sun-filled room that overlooked the lovely gardens and walked down the lane in the evening. The Irish breakfast was delicious ... best we had all trip. We long to return!

Won't find any better whether it be service, friendliness, cleanliness or a cracking breakfast in the morning. The setting is remarkable and worth the drive from the town to get to it. Won't go anywhere else now. Thanks Doreen and Brian xx

what a great B&B in the countryside of Lisburn...clean, comfortable, surrounded by beautiful casual gardens and wonderful views. Go experience this B&B first hand. You will be glad you did. A wonderful home away from home experience.. Excellent traditional Irish breakfast.

Found this B&B through the visitors center. A little drive out of town to a nice older farm. The farm is no longer a working farm and the house has been expanded to work as a B&B. Doreen was a fantastic host. The room had just enough old cottage feel with a nice bath. Breakfast the next morning was great....

The only place to stay, Doreen is amazing and so friendly, the breakfast is superb (sets you up for the day, didn,t need to eat again till evening), cannot speak highly enough of it. Stayed in the cottage, had everything we needed. Hired a car and the location was ideal just 20 mins outside belfast city and 50 mins from...
