We were practically exhausted after our flight from the U.S. to Dublin and drive to Lisburn. Our hosts at No. 3, May and Ron, invited us into the kitchen for tea upon our arrival and made us feel right at home. We had reserved a family room for me, my wife and adult son, but May offered us a separate...

Ron and May were lovely hosts. The facility was gorgeous and clean. Located just a short walk from city center. Breakfast was amazing and prompt. I will be returning to No.3 during my future stays in Northern Ireland.

May and Ron were the most delightful hosts. My husband, son, and I were in Lisburn to visit my husband's family for the holidays and this was the perfect place to stay. We originally wanted to stay in no. 5 self catering, but it was unavailable so chose to stay in the no. 3 and we are glad we did...

The room and facility are immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely dining area. The Host was wonderfully funny! The Hostess was so nice. She and her daughter looked after all of our needs including driving us to the train station to go to Belfast. We would recommend this B & B to anyone who enjoys the...

My husband and I stayed with our three children for 4 nights at No 3 over the Halloween weekend 2013. We had a most wonderful stay. The family room was spacious, clean and the decor bright, modern and homely. May and Ron made us feel so welcome and looked after us extremely well. The breakfast each morning was amazing and...

Found by accident! A super experience, from the genuine welcome, 'thru spotless accommodation to the simply excellent, 'cooked to order' breakfast which followed fresh fruit & cereal choice, even the napkins were 'real'! How such service is offered at the price, suggests a labour of love by the owners, as opposed to a commercial venture. I don't know how they...

The family room we resided in was well decorated and spacious with a double and 2 single beds. Our room also had a sofa under a velux window which was very comfy for reading and watching t.v. The couple, May and Ron, were very lovely and hospitable. We enjoyed conversing with them. The room was nice and clean and had a good bathroom. There was a kettle in the room as well, for making a hot beverage. The breakfast amazing. If there's a place to stay in Lisburn it is definitely the No. 3 B&B!

Ron and May are lovely hosts; you couldn't ask for nicer people to stay with. We stayed in Room No. 3 in the main house, which had a double bed and two twins to accommodate four people. The facilities were excellent, and Ron and May even cleared a shelf in their fridge so we could keep some foodstuffs refrigerated. That...

The most loveliest people you could wish to meet. The room was spotless and there were lots of special touches like an electric blanket, chocolate biscuits, fresh milk for drinks. Breakfast was fantastic. If you like guest houses then it doesnt get better.
