The Wine Valley Inn is an old building dating back to 1890 according to the Inn keeper. It has served as many different businesses over the years. The outside is red brick, 3 stories tall. Inside the place has been recently refurbished with all new paint, etc. Our room, #205 was on a corner overlooking a courtyard and the street...

Located in Hermann, Missouri and the wine capital of Missouri, one would think this B&B would reflect a good experience. At $200/night, the size of the room reflected the price, but that is where the value ended. We reserved four rooms for our group, and all agree, we will not return to the Wine Valley Inn. There are too many...

I gave this place a positive review 2 years ago, but it has changed since then. There is no longer a delicious breakfast served to your table. It is basically a serve-yourself food bar that would be similar to any continental breakfast. The keys that I was given did not open the front door, so I was left stuck outside...

We stayed here overnight. The room was big and had what we needed - a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was fine - eggs, sausage and toast. The room's carpet had a lot of stains, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on outside your room, and you have to rely on everyone...

Wife & I were in town for the annual Stone Hill 10 year Norton tasting. Hermann is difficult because there are no chain hotel options; the consortium in the town manages to keep it so that your only options are B & B's. The Wine Valley Inn's location is perfect in that it's right on the main thoroughfare thru town...

We have stayed there for Oktoberfest three times now and have loved it every time. We take over the entire place and they have been very accommodating. Within walking distance to downtown and their breakfasts are fantastic. I would highly recommend this B&B.

My first ever stay at a B&B in this area and I couldn't be happier. Location was great - it was a nice little walk to Hermanoff Winery (although I wish Stonehill was closer) and several little antique-y shops and boutiques. The little wing place was good (husband really loved it) and only a few minutes walk. The room we...

Overall it was just okay. I would not stay here again though. It wasn't your typical bed and breakfast, was more like a motel. Room was mostly clean (vents were filthy) and large but it had no charm, just real basic white walls. Speaking of walls, they are thin and annoyed us each night. People were coming and going late...

Room was large, nice and clean. We made reservation for 4 people and there were NOT enough towels in the room. The extra bed was NOT made up, nor were there sheets avaiable, in the room. Morning staff were nice and breakfast was great!!!! BUT, room shoud have been prepared better!!!

Our first stay at Wine Valley Inn in Hermann MO was a great experience. The Wine Valley Inn is conveniently located within walking distance of many interesting shops, wineries, restaurants, and historical buildings. The staff was friendly and and helpful when we arrived, and there were several ways to quickly access our room on the 2nd floor. The room we...
