The Econo Lodge was clean but had an odor in room, I used an oil diffuser to help with smell. I think smell was attributed to the smoking area with table and chairs right outside the door. The rooms face outside and several people used the smoking area during our 3 day stay. We would move table further down but...

I am sorry to hear about this odor issue. We looked into all issues reported on your end and we have addressed them accordingly. Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We will look into the smoking thing, we know it is a bother. We try to make it a comfortable stay for everyone but we are...

Very impressed! Check-in was easy, room was clean and comfy. Very reasonable and was in a great location. I will stay there again for sure! For all the shopping and running around, it was a comfortable place to stay. Staff was very friendly.

Room was nice rather small but when we're in Branson we're not in a room much! Bed was great and the room was comfortable & clean. A great value for the price & the location is great. No elevators if you have health issues request 1st floor.

Thank you for the feedback and good tip to our future guests! We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and we do thank you for giving us a shot! We hope you will stay with us again in the future. We are an economy hotel and that is kind of our goal - small room, less amenities, therefore...

This is a nice clean economy hotel. The room was small but very clean and comfortable for the price. I would consider this a good value. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave and king size bed. The breakfast was very good one of the best free breakfast bars we have had. The only thing I would warn about...

Thank you so much for your feedback and for trying out our property! Also thank you for the tip about the elevator. We feel like we cannot stress it enough. However, we do have three floors and two of them can be accessed without stairs so we feel like that is a plus. Thank you for sharing your comments and...

Rooms were nice but on the small side. And while our room was clean under the balcony it was kind of dark. And the breakfast buffet was not as large as most (hot breakfast hotels) what they had was good... but the space to eat in was limited. The staff however was friendly and helpful.

Thank you so much for providing us with your feedback. Our rooms are not as large as other hotels, due to the fact that we are an Economy hotel but we do try to make up for that by offering a bigger breakfast than what is required. We are only required to offer a pastry a bread item and coffee...

No frills place. Inexpensive. Friendly staff. Rooms have all the emenities, coffee maker, refrigerator, ironing board, etc. This hotel is off the beaten path and away from attractions. Not thrilled about the parking lot.

Thank you for giving us a shot. We definately are not a fancy hotel, no high class or great amenities... just a clean place to lay your head at night with a friendly place to turn in at night. We pride ourselves on our hospitality, our full hot breakfast and our clean rooms. Thank you for your feedback and for...

This was the cheapest hotel listing in Branson for Choice Hotels at $72, We would place it less than average for all the places we have stayed in Branson. The best point was the hot breakfast with several choices and the fact that it was open until 10 a.m. The king bed was average. However, the flooring was wood vinyl...

I am sorry to hear your stay was less than mediocre. It is surely not what we strive for as an award winning property. I will have to get with our executive housekeeper to address this issue, thank you for bringing it to my attention. I am sorry to hear you will not be staying with us again in the...

Rooms were quiet and clean. Folks running place were supper kind. Rooms were spotless and were a step above most Econo lodges. Far enough from strip so its quiet. Close enough to walk to most places you would like to go. Nice places around to eat if you don't want to fight traffic. Outside pool and outside entry to rooms....

We were a little leery staying here BUT found it to be very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was standard fare but it was kept fresh and was actually seasoned well.

Well, thank you so much. We do understand that Econo Lodge is a chain that has a bad reputation, but Choice is trying to pull it from the mud. Thank you for giving us a try and thank you so much for the positive feedback. We hope to see you again in the future.

This hotel is very nice for an Econo Lodge. It is clean inside and out, and it is conveniently located. Our room was up-to-date and in good condition. Beds were comfortable, and floors are vinyl instead of carpet. Good breakfast choices and a nice room to eat in. Service is friendly. The one objection I had is with their policy...

We are sorry that it made you uncomfortable. We just have to have an imprint (or copy if the card will not imprint) to prove that we had your card at time of service. Some hotels do it, not all. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, thank you so much for your comments regarding our property. We are glad you...
