Our Family of 3 spent a 3 days in a two bedroom cottage at the end of August. The cottage's themselves are well let's just say they're livable, but for the price they are perfect. Small and Cozy but very outdated, they all back up to the pool which is nice to walk out of your cottage and only have... More

This was by far the worst experience we have ever encountered at a resort in Branson. For $ 200.00 a night we thought we were getting a decent room, from the web site and discussions with the reservation staff... "WRONG" this unit was horrible, discusting, dirty.. we stayed for two nights and NEVER had water in our shower to bath... More

I will start with the good: The air conditioning was nice and it was on when we arrived; very relieving since the heat index was well over 100 degrees. The pool was great. The dock area was also very nice. The employees were friendly and helpful. The shower was ok, it could have had more pressure. The beds and pillows... More

We booked a cottage at Eagle's View for two nights based on pictures from their website and a decent price. I made the mistake of not reviewing previous customer feedback before booking our rooms. Upon arrival we went to our cottage to find terrible conditions. The cottages had wood rot on the outside as well as peeling paint. When we... More

We booked 2 nights at this place thinking I had booked a placed where we had stayed several years ago that was nice, but it wasn't the same place. This "cottage" had rotted wood and peeling paint on the outside, dirty floors, and love seat that had holes, one bed that slanted sideways so that you rolled off, another bed... More

Never believe what you see on the internet! They lie strait out. The pictures they have on the web site is NOT what you get. Once you are there and they have your money, you go to the cottages they are NOT what you pay for. If you want your money back forget it, it is not happening. The heated... More

The Eagle's View Cottages were horrific! We made reservations for a "cottage" to accomodate 6 people, and we were put in a 1970's Double Wide Trailer that the floors had holes in them and carpet was sunken or pulled up, the furniture & decor was maybe 1980's, the dryer didn't work, it had a dehumidifier in it that ran all... The cabins and pools on this property are extremely hazardous to your health. Our first cabin was a 2 bedroom; we contacted maintenance not long after we got there to look at the refrigerator, they never came; upon moving our food back into our cooler with ice, we found BLACK MOLD growing in the freezer along with mold in the... The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, which is why I booked while on the phone. However, for the price we paid for our cabin (2-br), we were astonished to find a holey couch with stuffing falling out, a television without a romte and beds that were extremely uncomfortable (my husband and I constantly rolled to the middle). We disappointedly... More

If you are considering staying at this location, take my advice and don’t. My experience began by walking into a cottage that was substandard at best- 1970’s decorations and dead bug bodies and blue carpet to boot. This was followed by the most intense foul odor that I have ever encountered. When I turned on the water the sulfur smell... More
