The best feature about this place is the waterpark. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds weren't comfortable. The temps in the pools varied from one day to the next. I would recommend staying in the tower as opposed to the atrium on the cooler months. My kids loved the water and they stayed...

Pro's: Room clean, front desk staff extremly nice and helpful (especially when having a 2 year old running around picking up things). Water Park has enough water and things to keep kids intertained, my kids really loved the water slides. Lazy river was warmer compared to other parts of the park. Ability to check out of room and still swim...

We stayed one night they charged us 163.00 a "discounted" rate and put us in the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room walls were paper thin and the tub was dirty and extremely small the sheets were rougher than sandpaper and the "water park" was so full of salt and chlorine that it made my kids...

We stopped over here one night over spring break. Kids have had so much fun at GWLs so we thought we'd try this. It's about 1/3 size of GWL and seemed more oriented to younger kids, so the water park actually was fine for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Downsides: NO pack-n-plays available, no ATM despite a small...

We stayed in the atrium across the parking lot from the actual hotel. $100 bucks a night and I can hear the kid in the room next to me practicing to be a Branson super karaoke star. Word for word. And it isn't just that she is loud. I can hear everything... Water running, talking, etc. The water park is...

Took the family (6 total) for a spring break overnight stay. The let us check in early and we went straight for the water park. The kids loved it all. For the adults, best stick to the lazy river and the pool. The slides look fun, but not for the adults. They're made for the young ones. The hotel staff...

We went to the water park on the coldest day of our week-long stay in Branson. The day pass is $15 a person. Inside, there is a heated pool but no step around the pool to sit on. There is a slide that requires a tube. This slide is pitch black and that dumps you rather forcefully into a pool...

We stayed at a Condo in town and purchased a day pass for the waterpark. The kids had a great time. Overall, I would rate it average. Desk personnel were polite but didn't seem well informed. Change/shower room had towels, etc. laying around that should have been picked up. I would advise use of goggles for chlorine and salt.

Went to Castle Rock for a one night stay for the kiddos. Had a great time. Nice clean rooms and nice waterpark. Did not eat at the hotel so I can't say much about the food. Lifeguards were very attentive and helpful.

My family and I visited Branson the week of December 26-January 1st. We stayed off the property, but attended the New Year Eve water park event that Castle Rock has every year. I must say it was one of the best experiences my family (2 adults/2 children) has had. The food, music, and staff were AWESOME!! I love that in...
